Since you have a vague idea of your RP, you can make a topic over here and also ask for advice in your thread so that others can help you decide and plan.  

Make sure to add the "Planning" tag to your topic so it can be found more easily (there is an option to do this when creating or editing a thread). Good luck!

I'm currently not interesting in roleplaying, but thank you anyway. When recruiting people, it is more polite and effective to create a single status update to the effect of "Starting up an RP! (link)" than to ask people individually.

Your topic will also already show up in the recent posts area for others to see as well. Hoping that you get the people you need for your RP!
