@Will Guide Yes. Christmas Day kicks it off. It ends on the Epiphany (Three Kings Day). That's why you keep your tree up until then if you're doing it right.

I learned from an edutainment show how in Italy, instead of Santa Claus delivering presents, it's a kindly witch who does so on January 6th.

Her name's Befana and The Story goes that she tried to join the 3 wise men to Bethlehem but got lost and ends up bearing gifts to the Italians of the 12th Day of Christmas, January 6th

Am I correct?

That I'm not sure of. I've heard of Strego Nona as the witch's name. My in laws were mentioning this the other day, but I don't know the details.

One thing we do is celebrate Armenian Christmas on the 6th with my father in laws traditions.
