Enjoy your meal! 

I know that feeling!  I had a beef roast in the oven for two and a half hours, and it turned out delicious I was actually thinking of posting an update on my profile about how rewarding it can be to cook your own home-cooked meals, but...I think you already know that, at this point!

There's definitely advantages to working remotely all the time when it means you can take a break for 20 minutes to get something delicious into the oven in the afternoon and then eat it for dinner after work!  My brother and I have been feasting our way through this pandemic so far!

It was a lovely dinner. ^^
