Well since I am off today I should make dinner...I just wish I actually knew how to cook instead of defrosting stuff...Bacon wrapped meatloaf sounds good.
For that you probably didn't follow it exactly. Baking is way harder than cooking, as it needs to be exact and precise. Cooking doesn't have to be as precise. I'd start with a basic meatloaf rather than the bacon wrapped version to start.
