30 minutes ago i thought again i'm alone, no love and there was a sting in my heart which hurt my extremly painfull.

Now after training i feel better again.

But my mind and my heart are still very very weak. I REALLY need a technique to train my heart and my mind. Sonetimes the suicide thoughts still haunt me.

If you're having suicide thoughts I recommend going to an psychiatrist.
