      A one-piece, full body coverall, made of Tyvek, worn under outer clothing, would do the trick! Might wanna cut the hood off tho, and just use a normal ski mask, scarf, and/or hoodie. Hmm.. Might need to get some nice, standard winter type, warm gloves too...

       

      Amywho, the Tyvek coverall is relatively light weight, and really thin. The thing is, its kinda air tight, so it doesn't really breathe at all. Might be too hot to wear in a heated building tho...
