      Probably because of one or more reasons..

      No ventilation on your room, makes it even worse if you have old food or plates / rubbish in your room.
      Eating too soon before bed.
      Not brushing your teeth before bed.
      Graphite on the ground. (joke)
      Not drinking enough and your mouth goes all dry and gross.
