To be honest I really don't know. I hope not though. Would love to see Twilight again. I mean she probably is still alive; Alicorns live for thousands of years and it's only been few hundred, so...who knows. Sadly everypony else from G4 besides Twilight and Flurry Heart and Cadence are probably all gone. -
I also doubt Hasbro is axing G5 so soon due to the fact that, well, the decade isn't over yet; FIM lasted until 2019 so I think it might be at least til 2029 that G5 lasts. However, the key phrase here is "I think". Love to see other fans who like G5. I don't think it's really THAT bad. Also interesting to know that G2 was the biggest failure given all the hate that G3 has. -
I agree. This generation seems to have only just started. I don't think they'd end it this soon, especially not before they had a new TV series to replace FIM.

I've read them, and I've really liked them so far. At first I only read copies online but now I'm ordering physical copies every month as well. One thing I really hope for far into the future would be a G4/G5 crossover. In the IDW comics for the Friendship Is Magic franchise, the G4 ponies crossed paths with the G1 ponies, so, perhaps Hasbro will do that again. Anyone else want to see that?

Personally I liked it just because it was MLP, but it was nothing special. If it never comes out on DVD I'd say I won't be disappointed. Also good news; they have DVDs of seasons 1-7 of MLP FIM on DVD through Shout Factory Kids, and seasons 8 and 9 from a Chinese company called "The Myth Entertainment". Luckily, though, with the Chinese DVDs, they work on all regional DVD players including US ones, and have English as one of the languages you can watch them in. You're welcome! I currently have all the episodes on DVD. I love to re-watch them from time to time. -
Hey KPackratt, if you'd like good ideas for your user picture, maybe it would be cool to have it being something or someone videogame related, like Mario or Spyro or something.

It wasn't her fault, though-it was Opaline's. She tried to take over Equestria and enslave everypony, so...yeah. That's REALLY bad. -

Yeah you're probably right there too but at least she got A punishment for what she did. But yeah, I get what you're saying. Being turned to stone as a punishment for the adult characters is fine, but for a kid, maybe a bit too extreme. -

Granted, I may be being a little too harsh on her since that could be the case. Or maybe her parents were evil too and taught her to be that way. I guess it really doesn't matter; she still got the punishment she deserved. -

Yeah, that makes sense. Still feel kind of sorry for her in that regard though. Cozy Glow I REALLY hate by the way. She was so self-centered, and she'd manipulate others to get her way. She was pure evil, although as a villain she wasn't a very good one. One of the things I hated about Cozy Glow was how she would use her child innocence and cute looks to manipulate the adult ponies. -
By the way man, what consoles do you have? I have a PS2, a Wii, and an N64, and I also plan to get the Switch 2 when it comes out as well.

I also have every Game Boy model (except for the Game Boy Light and AGS-101), a Sega Game Gear (which needs repairs), a PSP, an original Nintendo DS, a Nintendo DS Lite, a Nintendo DSi, an original Nintendo 3DS, and a New Nintendo 3DS XL.

It's very interesting. I'm not sure if they allow the G5 ponies to go to other universes or if they are just little windows symbolizing the different timelines. However, for the longest time I have wanted to see Hasbro at some point have the G5 ponies cross over with the G4 ponies. In the Friendship Is Magic IDW comics they had the G1 ponies meet the G4 ponies so yeah, Hasbro, PLEASE for the sake of the nostalgia alone have G4 and G5 cross paths! Everyone in the fanbase would love that! Including ME!

Hi there! I became a brony back in 2019, when I was 25. Welcome to the forums! I think you'll really like it here. My favorite Mane Six ponies are Twilight, Applejack and Rainbow Dash and my favorite G5 ones are Sunny, Hitch, Zipp and Misty Brightdawn. Also I joined the site just a few days ago myself so I'm fairly new here too. As far as how devoted I am to the fandom, I plan to be a brony for literally the rest of my life. I have a couple of friends who want to too.
