    I have ADHD and autism. I’m a little embarrassed to admit it sometimes because I was lectured by parental figures that I shouldn’t use ADHD and neurodivergence as an excuse and instead “work harder.” But yeah, my ADHD does make me struggle in school a little sometimes, particularly with specific subjects or times. Oh, and especially with homework. But I do take medication and get relatively good grades though. My autism has impacted my interactions with my peers. I wasn’t diagnosed with that until much later in my life though.
