My parents simply accepted it, and after my sister´s initial "Seriously?"-style response, she even turned into a brony herself and went on, to convert her friends. -
I don´t care about Olympia, Rule 34, Homestuck, whatever band it´s cool to whine about now, politics, Facebook or the environment.

Looking at the viewcounts of several MLP videos, I´d guess that the fandom consists of almost 1,500,000 members.

Definitively Unicorn! I´m too afraid of heights to be a Pegasus and too lazy (and horrible with plants) to be an earth pony. I´m more of a reserved, bookish kind of guy, which would fit the average unicorn´s nature.
