Well, I guess more like just random sadness and feeling down on myself.

It's usually later at night it happens, it's hard to explain.

Yeah it's a little confusing , it's fine though I usually end up fine by the next morning.

Sounds like things you're avoiding during the day, but can't help but thinking about before going to sleep at night.

Maybe so. But as far as life goes its been pretty smooth and I've been pretty lucky, so I wouldn't worry about me .
