What is the lunar Republic. My clan is having a clan battle with this.

I'm on neutral side because the two kingdoms are important to all since the earth start spinning.   we need day and night, the sun and the moon. they both dance in a circle. (my opinion)

I believe the sisters should not be divided, not ever again. They were apart for a thousand years and I feel they would not go to war against each other. More, an Equestria so divided as that of the Solar Empire vs Lunar Republic would destroy that land, tearing apart friendships and families.

I'm with EquestrianScholar: United Equestria is best Equestria. Either Celestia or Luna could run the country alone. They were meant to rule together however and Equestria seems better off now that Luna is back.

yes, the sisters United is the best thing, but i look at it as being set before nightmare moon's return, so lunas still in the moon.

 

i would have to go with the solar empire. mainly, cause celestia is my favorite princess (not including twilight), the empire already exists, and celestia is a fair ruler who was forced to to imprison luna as she was corrupted by nmm and she would doom all of equestria at this time. celestia really has her subjects best interests at heart. plus, when luna gets healed by the elements, she will be able to return to the throne, and the sisters will both rule again!

 

 

even if celestia actually was the tyrant the nlr faction believes her to be, i would still side with the solar empire, cause at least i would be safe and would not have to worry about food very much. i would be able to live a comfortable life so long as i don't speak against the crown or do anything else to anger celestia.

 

if the NLR took over, nothings guaranteed, i could be very well be in some sort of apocalyptic situation where I'm fighting other citizens to get food. its possible they could be worse than celestia ever was. with the new group, you could never be sure of anything, your life could be in danger.

 

best case scenario, i would be free, but i, like everypony else would be in poverty cause the economy was devastated, (and that's if equestria isn't obliterated in the fighting)

 

and lastly, i fight for the empire, we lose, what would the lunar guys do with me?

 

in short, ill take the safe comfortable life in the repressed empire over a future of uncertainty and possibly death.
