Also...a cat being this hard to catch is annoying plus you didn't give me a chane to counter when my clone caught it but bit me....that wouldn't cause me to drop the cat so why? WHY?

@, Cuz you never specified what clone. A normal clone you learn is the ''bunshin no jutsu'' which is an illusion. While a KAGE (shadow) bunshin would have disipated cuz its not an ordinary cat as we have seen.

I am very sorry for my absence, seriously I am. 

 

I won't make any excuses, I should've tried harder to be here for this RP despite how my free time has decreased.

 

However, despite all of this I'd rather not drag this RP down with me. So it would be best to tell you now that I rarely have any free time and (due mostly to a shift in my education schedule) I'll likely have even less in future. It's up to you but I'd really hate to see this grind to a halt simply because of my failure to be here.

Special traits: Yutaka is tactically proficient, capable of using basic jutsus to his advantage. 

 

Personality: Laid back and calm in most situations, Yutaka doesn't easily give way when the odds go against him. Carefree and only willing to do what he wants to do, Yutaka only cares about enjoying life as it is. On the other hand, Yutaka has a short temper behind his bright facade – once his buttons are pushed, he can go into an all out, explosive rage. This sometimes gets him into trouble, whether it's causing petty destruction or getting into fights. 

 

His combat attitude is completely different and far more serious, however. Yutaka is generally careful in combat, playing it safe for the most part, and despite his jutsus barely passing the B-rank, he makes do with what he has and uses it to his advantage; an amenity that allowed him to gain the rank of Chunin. 

 

Yutaka has recently decided to explore the world, leaving behind his old village, which had unfortunately been decimated in terms of politics and economy due to the effects of the Second Shinobi War. His hobbies include woodcarving and card-playing, but he occasionally plays the koto. 

 

Appearance: Moderately tall (in terms of the Naruto universe) at 5'9". With a light build, he has brown eyes and black hair with natural grey highlights. He wears the typical shinobi flak jacket and dark clothes, and a bandage covers his right ring finger for unknown reasons. 

 

Backstory: Born in a minor Kiriga clan called the Otake Clan, Yutaka learned the ways of the shinobi at a fairly young age, being expected to quickly learn jutsus and intensely training in multiple other arts. Despite this, the clan was known for it's simplicity – using their environment as their weapon rather than their jutsus alone. 

 

Yutaka has a long-lasting friendship with Teruyoshi Saiko (西湖 輝義); the two met in a multi-clan meeting. Teruyoshi, mostly called Teru for short. When they were young, Teru was often teased upon for his weakness in techniques; Yutaka was one of the few people who, despite his adept skill in ninjutsu, decided to ally with him. They saw each other less often as they graduated, however; Yutaka graduated a year earlier and began taking on missions with two other teammates: Taku Shirasu (白洲 卓, male) and Keiko Nakaura (中浦 慶子, female).

 

Yutaka and Keiko both passed the Chunin Exams – at first only exclusive to their own villages – at 13; Taku was promoted at 14. The square was known for their almost always successful missions and cooperative power; the team itself holds a record of 8 D-ranks, 7 C-ranks, and 5 B-ranks before Yutaka decided to explore the outside world, finding the "reformed" Kirigakure to be uninteresting.

Effect: Clones of oneself hold stringed shurikens and spin around the enemy at a high enough speed; a tornado like formation is created through this chakra. This jutsu mixes tools with ninjutsu to create a versatile technique.
