Brandi practically jumped at the voice when it said her name. Turning towards its owner she quickly smiled and replied "Oh hi Lee, my first class was....erm...Alright I guess" that's when Leo but in "Apparently she learned too much in that class, shes tempted to turn me into something again, why can't you practice on Rainmuffin after school hours are over?"

"Maybe because Rainmuffin lives on the other side of town..., sorry Lee he is just upset.."

Lee smiles, then offers, "You could try your transformation spells on me? I might be able to shape change back...I've never tried shifting back from a transformation that someone else has cast on me." He was actually a bit eager to see how it worked honestly.

Sunset walked around seeing all kinds of creatures, ponies and things he can't explain, he felt a bit awkward there, he felt like he didn't connect with anyone, he sat and thought to himself "maybe there just isn't a place for a blank flank in this world" then seemed a little more unhappy but saw a happier side in life when he looked over equestria, he decided to continue his search for someone who he could have a connection with putting a friendly smile on his face. Not being the most confident pony there he sort of spend his time mixing between wanting to be seen and trying to just stay on his own, Sunset was wearing a saddle bag with an apple on it, a souvenir from his time in ponyville as a colt, it had been adjusted over, the bag covered his blank flank

~Earlier, that morning.~
A light blue Pegasus with dark red hooves and red and pink hair hovered anxiously outside the Outcast Academy. She stared at the doors, willing herself to go in. 
Just as she reached to open it, she saw a group of ponies pass by inside. She quickly scuttled away from it, not wanting to have anything to do with them. 
"M-maybe I'll just take a walk around the school first..." she mumbled to herself, and started flying around, barely off the ground. 
As she reached a window near the back, a burst of flame came shooting out of it. She squeaked and frantically flapped her wings tp get away from it, the flames barely missing her tail. She let out a shaky breath to calm herself, and darted around the corner of the school to continue her walk around the school.

~Now~
The timid Pegasus had spent most of her day unpacking in her dorm, not having had any classes that morning. now, she was looking around outside for someplace to sit and read. It was too packed in the library. 
Most of the benches were full, so she settled for the fountain ledge, not even noticing the stallion there. She balanced herself and took her book from under her wing, and began to read.

Spring had gone to the early supper with the rest of the meat-eaters, but had left as soon as she got her food. Beforehand, she'd gone and grabbed her saddlebags, mostly to carry books for her next class, but also to carry a snack.
She settled on a low-hanging cloud above the front courtyard after getting her meal, and started eating the mystery meat. Afterwar, she took out a small bag of gem shards, and started snacking on them.

"Really? Youd actually volunteer to be turned into something?" Brandis ears are now strait up from their normal laid back position. "Well thank goodness! Im out of here!" Leo picks up his stuff and leaves the study area, going to his locker and putting some stuff away.

Lee sat down infront of Brandi, nodding at Leo as he left. "Been experimented on before has he?" Grinning, he inquires, "Ok, what do you need me to do?"

The little pegasus had badly opened her book when someopony started speaking to her, surprising her. She let out a squeak as she lost her balance and fell forward, catching herself on the ground with her front hooves.
She turned around, hiding behind her mane, and what she made her face pale. The pony that had spoken to her wasn't completely pony he seemed to be something else too, but she couldn't put her hoof on what. His appearance was intimidating, and her ears flattened as she took a cautious step back.
"U-u-um," she stammered, scrambling to pick up her book. She tucked it under her wing. "S-sorry... Um, I'm R-Rose Petal..." she said,  light pink eyes trained on the ground.

Somepony isn't trying to scare you are they?" He again looks around but, unable to see anypony nearby, shrugs and gets off of the fountain so he's on the ground next to her. "Did you hurt yourself when you fell?" A look of concern on his face.

"It's just that princess Luna has always been my favourite princess, I wish I could actually see what she looks like in person, I was supposed to go to see her but it never actually happened, I love the beautiful night she brings, it was so... helpful to me as a colt... and also so beautiful" Sunset said trying to change what he said, he seemed a bit different suddenly, he looked at the ground for a moment, looking a bit sad as he kicked his front hoof into the floor, but shook his head and looked back at Paladin, trying to focus his mind of Paladin Edited October 5, 2014 by madjack2001

Brandi smiled largely at the idea, her horn glowing a light jade greenish color. Thats when she turned towards her book, flipping through it quickly, the pages seem to have been hoof-written rather then a formal book. When she landed upon the spell she wanted to use her horn emitted  a brighter jade green as she concentrated on her magic, then she directed her horn at Lee, her face screwed up. Finally, she let it go. ~little skip cause im lazy~ When Brandi's eyes finally cleared from the blackness that clouds her eyes after every spell, she took a look around, not really seeing lee anymore...Then she looked down and spotted a weird cat version of a changeling.

 

(I used a frozen reference in there XD 'let it go' and sorry if I made your character do something you didnt...I just assumed or something...merrr)

 

Leo quickly made his way out into the courtyard and sat near the fountain. He opened a notebook and began taking notes from a 'mythical animals' book from the library.

Rose Petal hid behind her mane, uncomfortable and completely unaware of his concerned expression.
"N-no,I didn't get hurt..." she mumbled. 

She took a hesitant step back, hoping he got the hint that she didn't want to continue the conversation. She hated appearing rude, but she also hated talking to ponies.

Lee looked around and squints, his eyes adjusting quickly to the light change. He spots brandi and takes a step back. Apparently oblivious to being a cat, he asks "What'd you do? Make everyone bigger....or...wait...if everyone's bigger, then that means..." He looks himself over quickly and his eyes widen. "A cat? This is new." He holds up a paw in front of his face and claws pop out. "Nice! I could have some fun with this!"

Brandi  let out a little giggle "that was actually supposed to turn you into a rabbit, but apparently I was thinking of the wrong spell..." she notices how it looks like hes speaking "also, you do realize I can only understand you partly right? the spell should wear off within 30 minutes to 2 hours..."

Midnight shade approached the school with her saddle bags and her pet vampire fruitbat, Ziggy. She stopped at the enterance and pulled out her acceptance letter out of her bag. "Well, Ziggy, I guess we're here. I guess this is where I belong." she said looking rather sad. Ziggy sat on her back and spoke to her with chrips and squeaks. "Thanks, Ziggy, but look at me, I'm not even normal for a batpony." she let out a small laugh as she looked at her lion like tail. Midnight then took a deep breathe before her putting her paper back into her bag and walked into the school. "At least they were nice enough to accept me on such short notice." she said trying to be optimistic. She pulled out a paper with her dorm room number and her schedule. "Let's find my dorm first." she said to herself.

Leo, after filling up 3 or 4 pages of info from various mythical animals books in his journal, he gathered up his belongings and headed towards the dormitory to set up the dorm he and some-pony else are sharing,he had previously failed to set it up earlier. He walked down the long hallway and looked of dorm room 40 which was actually very hard to find, due to the fact that it was at the very end of the hall and partly hidden by a low hanging 'outcast academy' flag that are spaced out every 5 doors. Leo found it weird that his dorm would be this hard to find, but shook it off and opened the door.

 

((Im bringing a very special character in~ yay~ hope you guys wont mind ;w;))

 

Dark-Cloud's eyes flicked around the bright campus as she stands at the front gate of the school, she looks like a young mare, one who might fit in perfectly into the school. Her ears twitch as she starts trotting towards the fountain, when she passes it seems like a cold chill is left behind. She trots around the fountain and up the stairs, then enters the building and heads strait for the principles office with her head low and her mane covering her face by now, she enters...and with a little 'screech' sound a announcement spread across the whole campus with a booming...chilling voice.

 

"I know I am late for this announcement, but I welcome you to the first year at Outcast Academy, I am your Principle and founder...Dark-Cloud...I hope we all have a fabulous year hear..."

 

And with another little 'screech' the intercom turns off.

Sunset looked around, he seemed confused when Paladin said he was studying normal ponies but didn't question it, he waited for the announcement to finish, not really paying much attention then went back to Paladin "you ever go on any adventures with the princess or anything like that?" Sunset asked, thinking about the stories he was told about the princesses back in Ponyville "wait, how long have you been one of her personal guards?" sunset asked seeming really excited, he was trying to figure out if Paladin had been involved in anything he had been told about by one of his relatives from Ponyville

Midnight was wandering around trying to find her dorm to get settled in. "Dorm 5...dorm 5..." she kept repeating to herself as she walked along the rows of dorms. "Little help here, Ziggy." she said to her pet. Ziggy flew up into the air and began searching. "I wonder who my roomie will be." Midnight said thinking out loud. Suddenly, she heard a loud screech that made her jump what seemed like 5 feet in the air. She then heard the voice of the announcer it gave her chills and made her hair stand on end. "That's funny," she said with a suspicious voice. She then shrugged. "They must have some pretty bad speakers." she said and tried to forget about it. Midnight then heard a more familiar sound of squeaks. She looked above her to see her pet. "Show me the way." she smiled as she followed him.

    After a couple of twists and turns, she finally got to her dorm. She opened the door and walked in. It looked like a basic two pony dorm room. after she walked in, she got the chills again. "It's probably just a little cold in here." she said still having a weird feeling. She just shrugged it off and began to unpack.

Brandi Smiles widely yet again "Like I said the spell should wear off within 30 minutes to a hour so it should be gone before your next class....unless you can change back manually, but however I cant stick around to find out, I dont have another class for another couple hours and I need to go set up my dorm, so see you around Lee...the...err cat....just dont get picked up and thrown out of school k?" With that she slowly backs up, gathering her stuff, but before she leaves she writes a sticky note and puts it on lees chest. The sticky note saying 'Im lee!' "Just in case...." then she runs off towards the dormitory, getting a small boost of energy from the creepy intercom

Brandi trots around looking for room 5, getting quite frustrated. By the time she finds it, shes a little grumpy mess, but she sighs it off and enters the room. When she spotted Midnight shade however, she nearly freaked out thinking their is a stranger in her room, well technically there IS a stranger in the room. "O-oh dear...." She stayed in her place in the doorway not sure what to do. A chill went down her spine which made her squeak lightly.

 

Dark-Cloud let out a deep sigh and tapped her hooves together, if these ponies are abnormal, they are going to have to get used to abnormal environments meaning she was just going have to make their year....special. She trots out of the office and out into the courtyard the way she came, but before she reaches the gate, she spreads her green/scorched black wings and soars into the sky, her green and purple colors hard to not notice and she sits on a low dark looking cloud, studying the ground from above.

Midnight had almost finished decorating her side of the room. She put out her night sky themed sheets on the bed on the far side of the room. Ziggy had hopped onto the bed and snuggled underneath the covers. Midnight had put up a poster of Princess Luna above her nightstand. It was a photo of the princess with a society of batponies celebrating Nightmare Night. They looked happy laughing and having a good time. The lampshade on the stand had little black bat silhouettes hanging off the end. As Midnight was putting a few more personal touches to her side of the room, she felt some kind of...presence. Once she heard a squeak, she panicked and out of reaction, she whipped around spreading her bat wings and hissing showing her pointed fangs. After she saw the frightened deer pony, she calmed down and pulled her wings back in. "Sorry, you scared me a little there." she let out a small laugh.

Brandi stood still through it all, it was a habit for her to freeze when she felt she was in even a little bit of danger, but when she saw midnight tuck in her wings, she shook her head lightly "S-sorry for scaring you...." she tried to smile, but failed and just quickly trotted up towards her side of the room and automatically slipped something under the plain bed. Then she looked up at midnight and muttered "I'm Brandi..."

Midnight could tell from the start, this pony was very timid and easily scared. This will be interesting she thought to herself. Midnight saw her put something under the bed. Wonder what that is she thought. Midnight couldn't clearly hear what Brandi said when she mentioned her name. "Um, nice to meet you...Andy." she said guessing her name based off what she heard. "I'm guessing your my new roomie?"

Brandi had begun taking out jade green blankets with the Virgo symbol sown into it and laying them out on the plain bed. Then she spoke a bit louder "Its Brandi...., and I guess, T-the room number on my schedule said 5 so.." She starts to straiten out the blankets and set up the pillows as she speaks.

"Oh, sorry Brandi." Midnight apologized. She went back to decorating her half the room.  The main colors of her side were black, navy blue, and dark purple. She put out pillows and more blankets. "I'm Midnight Shade." she said. "But you can call me Midnight." There were then a series of angry squeaks and chirps as Ziggy came out from under the blankets. "Oh, and this is Ziggy." she giggled. "He's my pet vampire fruitbat and best friend." she said gesturing to him as Ziggy gave a nod of approval.
