I thought of it as 'A battle theme I am fond of', not 'My own personal battle theme'. I also wanted another chance to reference the music of the more obscure games I've played. If I'm going to choose something for the latter option, I'd need to put much, much more thought into it. The Colress theme you posted is a great idea for one, the only thing it's lacking is that I don't feel it's quite 'epic' enough.

 

Finally deciding upon my battle theme will probably be a very involved process that spans several days. The main problem is, it's really hard to find a way to incorporate love of numbers into a battle theme. My current idea is to get something that sounds electronic or containing lots of beep sounds to represent numbers, since technology = numbers. On the other hand, 'Pokémon themed' isn't a concern of mine. I just want it to be from one of the many games I've played; other than that, as long as it's good, I don't care where it came from. And don't forget, epicness is also a really big factor!

 

That's a lot of words. I'm picky! Have what is currently under consideration for my battle theme at the moment, but keep in mind this is by no means the final theme:

That's what frenemies are for! We protect each other, we dethrone each other, and we torture each other mentally with horrifying images! I wouldn't have it any other way! Well, maybe we could remove the horror part... Actually, no, we can't do that! Horror is what defines you!

That's a relief. Does that mean you've figured out how to identify the real me? But... what if I need to fool you with my doubles in some other situation? Is that technique now useless against you?

I understand, I also had a really hard time picking mine. The only real way I could confidently recommend you one is if we were to battle...

I think we've been over how I've been at picking songs...

Did I mention you also have to have a character theme? I'm pretty sure I did. If you have a stronghold or fortress of some kind, you need a theme for it, too.

So a Character Theme and a Battle Theme?

Yes. You should also have a theme for any pets you have, and if you have any defining weapons they should have themes too. If you have any minions, armies, or henchman of any sort they need themes as well, and your most powerful followers naturally get themes of their very own. You should also have a different theme for each and every action you take. For instance, you need a walking theme, a jogging theme, a sandwich making theme, and a using the bathroom theme; just to name a few. You also need a theme for each of your house plants. It is of vital importance that your house plants have musical accompaniment.

Uh, disregard those last few sentences. All you need is a character and a battle theme. Anything else is just icing on the cake.

 

 

 

Okay, what elements do they need to have?
