Appearance: blue hair that covers his right eye. His eyes are differs as his left is normal red color but his right is a crosshair symbol and it is usually always covered. His skin is pale and the coat he wears is never zipped up

Weapon: Dual gun blades

Fighting style: When he first fights he stays back or in the air firing unless he need to go close range in which case the guns turn into blades in which he moves faster

Desperation Attack: Stinging Storm: He removes the haair covering his right eye and a crosshair is locked on the opponent. He then proceeded to fire multiple bullets that have a slight homing ability before rushing is and slashing a few time before charging one last shot and firing it into the air which causes million more to fire from the sky.
