Sorry, I was very busy for the past couple of days with some personal things but I am back and ready to post. I'll start off with Spike's perspective and finish with Faye's perspective. Should I go ahead and post as her now or wait until Pinkie shows up in Tokyo?

Description of Pony Form, Princess Celestia is larger than most ponies, she has a off- white coat and a multicolored mane that flows in the absence of wind. Her horn is an impressive length to match her size and immense power. Being an Alicorn her wings are large enough to get herself off the ground. In public she sports her royal regalia which is fashioned or fine gold to emphasize her role as princess of Equestria and the one who has learned to control the Celestia bodies themselves.

Occupation: Princess/ Co-ruler of Equestria/ Controller of the sun

Backstory: Over 1000 years ago Celestia and her sister Luna came to Equestria in search of a new home. Upon arrival they found the inhabitants oppressed by the maniacal creature Discord who used the ponies as his personal playthings. Under the guidance of a young wizard Starswirl the two Alicorns found the tree of harmony and used the elements to turn discord to stone. Afterward the two were hailed as saviors and the cropped end country appointed them as they're new leaders. Celestia was reluctant to take charge, not confident in her leaderships skills but Luna eventually convinced her to take on the role. The unicorn population took on the task of moving the sun and moon once more which put massive strian on them. Seeing this Celestia agreed to take on the daily struggle of moving the sun, a task she was prophesied to do since her birth. Years passed and Celestia and her sister encountered many foes, each one meeting a terrible fate for the glory of the country. This taxed Celestia emotionally, despite the atrocities these villains would commit she couldn't help but feel some empathy for them and she came to later regret some of the courses of action they took in defeating them. More time passed and Celestia kept up public appearances while her sister became more secluded. Eventually the fateful Nightmare Moon incident took place and she inevitably sent her sister to the moon. Of all the events this hit her the hardest, Celestia's one constant companion who had been by her side while all her other friends and the ones she had loved withered and died was gone. In her last public speech for several hundred years Celestia apologized on her sisters behalf and commissioned the building of the new city of Canterlot. In private Celestia lamented over losing her sister, she never trusted herself with decisions and second guessed everything. Not only that but controlling both the sun and moon without rest drained her magic and made her extremely tried and weak. It was only 200 years before she emerged again and took an active roll in government again because she felt that mourning for all this time could not do her any good. Preparing for the future Celestia began taking on several unicorn apprentices and began teaching them everything she knew in case if she became to weak to rule. Fast forward to the defeat of nightmare moon at the hooves of Twilight Sparkle, Celestia was overjoyed to have her sister returned to her. Wanting to patch things up she had Twilight send her friendship letters in order to put these things into practice with Luna.

Description of human form: Celestia is taller than most other humans. Her skin is white with a slight tan and she has seemingly flawless features. Her hair is straight andextremely long, going all the way down to her knees and drooping slightly into her eyes. Her hands are fair but slightly larger than normal. She also has long legs, accounting for her height. Her eyes are slightly squinted making her appear slightly Asian, she had a small nose and mouth.

My phone is dead, and I just got in a little while ago, so just got a chance to read your app... It looks like we have a Celestia!

 

She'll be staying behind in Equestria however, and will be sending Rarity and Pinkie , but Luna will stay in contact with her when she gets to Earth....

I've been trying to add to my idea of as to the reason Pinkie Pie and Rarity are sent to the human world, and I haven't made any real headway. Here's what I have so far: All of the chaos Avarice wrought has left Equestria devastated. Three Princesses were now missing, as well as most of Equestria's strongest form of magic--the Rainbow Power. Faced with no other choice, Princess Celestia tracks down whatever trace of Avarice's dark magic to a tear. With great hesitation, she sends Rarity and Pinkie Pie, as they are the only ones she can afford to send. the Royal Guard must remain behind, as they are needed in both aiding the cleanup, as well as seeing to any and all casualties.

 

SilverHeart suggested I have Celestia make a speech as to why only Pinkie and Rarity, but I'm comng up blank.

That's where I'll need all of your help! Suggestions from any (preferably all) of you are truly appreciated!

But Windbreaker and Astral can go ahead as their characters at any time...

Chrysalis seemed to turn her attention to Shawn, unsurprisingly interested in his knowledge of Equestria. "Later, Queenie!" He said. "It's a bit of a story!"

 

He let out a nervous "eh heh…" again as the queen bowed, then mused about something about becoming a 'Devourer.' "Uhmm… let's just wait for the--"

 

"Excuse me, but are you Chryssie?" A woman in scrubs asked, having seemingly appeared from nowhere. "Yeah, that's her!" Stephen said, all too eager to respond for the queen. "The doctor will see you now. Follow me!"

Shawn breathed a deep sigh as the queen was escorted away. Of all the Equestrians his brother had to find, he had to find Queen Chrysalis! "Why on Earth couldn't he have found somepony like Twilight or Fluttershy??" He sighed, mostly to himself. Chrysalis could very well be as big a threat to humans as she is to Equestrians, if not more so. Taking her in would be the single most stupidest idea anyone came up with! But leaving her out there could prove disastrous… Who knows how many humans she could feed on? Add to that, there was no telling what would happen to them! "Jesus, why??" He breathed.

I seriously was up at four in the morning thinking about this. I had the idea that the tears Avarice made left some 'scar tissue' behind that can still allow passage into the other world and it seems that's what you had in mind as well. I can have Celestia give a short speech as to why Pinkie and Rarity have to go. Also I was wondering what Celestia's whole plot is, since she is staying behind in Equestria she has to keep things under control and keep in contact with Luna but I'm just worried that Celestia will be sitting around waiting for something to happen for long periods of time.

It could be that some of the changelings that got caught/imprisoned during the conflict may want their Queen back. I am just saying... i think that one changeling on Earth is a little bit... lacking. That and another changeling player would perhaps spark things up.

That is a good idea, I'm still sifting my way through the RP to get caught up but there has to be at least one captured changeling back in Equestria right? Without their queen they don't really have any leadership so maybe if that changeling were to make a plee with Celestia to find her that could be interesting.
