Still, it strikes me as odd to see them attack bronies while they leech off them for views/popularity/etc. Seems pretty counterproductive to attack what counts for a significant amount of your hits. Also, looked at the site to see the thing for myself, and saw this at the top. "Bronies! There is something missing from your My Little Brony experience and I have the remedy straight from Zecora. The newest site Video Games on Memebase!? Brohoof!" Ew, tacky nonsensical spamming of fandom lingo to promote what seems to be another video game site they're attempting. Unless all the anti-Brony forces come together, even those who hate the spiderman meme, the finals are no problem for Bronies. What we need to worry about is the semi-finals. Trollface is going to be hard to beat; frankly, I feel that it won't be a match of which is the best meme as much as it will be pony vs ponyhate. Plus the trollface is the mascot of trolls. We can expect them to try to defend their symbol ferociously. When the day comes for the vote, please, SOMEONE contact Equestria Daily about it (just in case they haven't gotten the story yet), as well as Derpy Hooves News and other pony news sites. We'll need as much support as we can get. It doesn't matter if you dislike memebase or not, this is another example of somewhat positive publicity that Bronies need; plus defeating trolls will be awesome. Winning might not get us much, but losing, even in the finals, will be bad. Trolls will point to the vote as proof that Bronies aren't very good after all; they'll claim that they killed Bronyism by defeating us in a battle on their turf. All the trolls who voted just to smite MLP will be back on final round, with more of their friends. Plus, non-troll spiderman meme fans will also be there to vote against pony. In retrospect the call for an EqD post on the semifinals was a bit silly, as I overestimated troll capabilities. Even when many Bronies see spiderman appear, they'll still assume that it's the pony one. DO NOT share the animation with spiderman appearing at the end. DO share the picture of Sweetie Belle being blackmailed. That is the correct pony picture. Due to this trickery, the fight is closer than I expected. Ponies- 1.9k Spiderman- 1.7k Ponies need help.
