What Villians Do You Think That The Mane Six Would Sympathyze With?

What villians & antagonists from whatever books, shows or games you can think of do you think that each of the mane 6 would undertsand, relate to or sympathize with?

In the MLP universe, if the Mane Six actually understood that love was the food source for the Changelings, they would have more sympathy.

 

Fluttershy would probably sympathize with Voldemort and defend him saying that he just needs love. (The other Mane Six will think she's crazy.)

 

Actually, Fluttershy would probably sympathize with a lot of villains, especially those who became evil because they lack love.

Fluttershy: Sensui (Yu Yu Hakusho) and Pein/Nagato (Naruto), both are tragic villains whose motivations for what they do are often based on the atrocities of humanity towards one another. Sensui was a former spirit detective who defected and wanted to wipe out humanity after seeing the Chapter Black tapes which chronicled all of the atrocities humanity has ever committed. Pein believed that in order for war to end that everyone must know pain and suffering. It is difficult to really accurately describe his own thoughts actually but it does stem from great sadness.

 

Twilight: Magneto (Marvel Comics), a classic example of good intentions gone horribly wrong with questionable actions. Twilight would probably understand his reasons for distrusting human society but would probably question his desire for separatism and instead favor Professor X's philosophy of peaceful coexistence.

I think they'd all easily sympathize with Shylock from Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice.

Well, I could see Dashie sympathizing with Anakin Skywalker AKA Darth Vader before he got the whole mask thing going on and before he killed a bunch of kids at the jedi temple, because lets see, he's self centered, cocky, athletic and loves a challenge.
