why rhyming is our task

 

Why not found on some other day

that we talk the Zecora way?

It's not like we can do this all of the time

Zecora struck gold from speaking in rhyme.

Because talking like this is simply sublime!

Too bad we can't do this in our normal day-to-day.

Everyone we know would simply back away.

They'd treat us a strange, ask if it's a joke,

Or if we need help, the misguided folk.

But it's not their fault, rhyming's hardly the norm.

Still, I wish we we could take society's standards and reform.

sticking to one rhyme at a time is a crime in my eye

when im at my prime my rhymes need to sound sublime

i mean is fine to stay dry like lips on a dessert night

but my rhymes are as fly as my mind when im high

so to show off all the time is a neccesity of mine.
