movies/tv How much gore can you handle on TV, Movies, and Shows?

um, quiet a lot i feel.

I saw the entire SAW series and didn't mind the gore. prefered some of the earlier ones though.

I watched the arm amputation scene form that 120 hour movie while eating a steak fish combo and didn't really mind it. also watch a lot of super cheesy horror movies that showed a lot of guts and such.

i can handle a decent amount, and probably am far more curious about gorry stuff than most people.

a small thing that really creeps a lot of people i know out is, long story short bro passed away and when he was found they said the decay had already caused a lot of damage, and about a week later after finding out i literally went, "so he looks like a zombie, i wounder what he looked like?" because i was really curious. needless to say my mother thought i was crazy but then again she understood my curisoity. =P

I can stand even the most realistic type of gore. It's completely fine with me.

If it fits the atmosphere then fine. I had no issue watching Attack on Titan or Hellsing or other violent anime/media/games as long as it fits the atmosphere. 

 

However,something like Smile/Cupcakes HD disturbs me greatly,also vore is certainly something i do my best to steer clear of. 

 

Honestly i don't care to see hyper violent shit anymore..i get enough of that when looking up Pinkamena photos by default much to my displeasure.

Actually, I laughed my ass off when I watched Cupcakes HD.

BUT when humans get killed in movies and shows in insanely gory ways, that's when I cringe and throw the remote at the TV.

After playing video game mods like Brutal Doom, gore has just turned into meh.

GORY MOVIES don't bother me it's what's in them makes me cringe like Needles yes I admit I have a fear of needles but I then later on got brave enough to get one but still hate needles! So why do I watch horror movies with needles just something to do and fun to watch plus there are quite a lot of scences that may make you cringe just seeing it like in Saw !

I tried to watch Human Cetipede last week on hulu but they only had the sequel on hulu plus don't have and won't pay 7.99 a month to watch! So I have curious question did that movie company watch a episode on South Park where they did a gross Human Centipede scence and said we have an idea for a gross gory horror movie of that same title ?

Meh, I can handle most gore. I was destined to be a fucked up teen since I played a violent game as one of my first video games ever played (thanks Unreal Tournament!)

 

Although, what I cringe at is when I see someone graphically poking their eyes out, pulling their nails, you get the gist.
