We're talking an Earth pony. The intent of the drawing that's being asked for is to see how he looks wearing a robe. I'll elaborate on this in a moment.

 

Here's the design of Morning "Sully" Solitude without his robe:

(His body is supposed to be similar to any other stallion like Doctor Whooves... Don't know if I got it right in the picture...)

 

So what of this "robe" I keep mentioning? It's of similar shape and form to that thing Maud Pie wears.

Sully's robe however fits him (duh) and the color of which is the same as his eyes.

 

Although the colors have been specified, a sketch would suffice.
