"Hey Pinkie this is Black Storm do you think you could plan his next birthday party" said Black looking at Pinkie Pie who was probably gonna say yes but he wasn't sure so he just waited until the party pony would give an answer.

"Hey, Flamestreak it was? How did you get here? did you touch anything or did you walk into some sort of energy barier or a mirror or a portal perhaps?" 

 

Eps is thinking inhimslef: "If this doesn't work I havee to go all the way to Canterlot. that will be a pain in the.... nevermind. I hope he Co-öperates. I hate it to do it the hard way and besides, I have no money to take him on a train to Canterlot... hmm... maybe..."

 

Eps starts to talk to Flamestreak.

"hey kid, you woke up from the confuseness already?"

"Remember that I can teleport bits to you because of the telepathy spell I casted which can do more then just talk though heads now since the train ride to canterlot is 10 bits here's 20 for there and back or I could just teleport you to canterlot which wouldn't be that hard and my teleportation is secure" thought Black.

Pinkie gasped, "Of course Stormy and I can plan a funtastically funderful party for this cute foal!" She exclaimed happily. "Yeppers, sounds like fun! It's been awhile since we've planned a party for a foal.." Storm added with a grin. "IKNOWRIGHT!" Pinkie cried out happily, "It's been at least a whole week!" She continued. "Any kind of theme you want little one?" Storm asked, looking at Black Storm

"Well one his birthday is about in a week and we'll Black what theme would you like" said Black "ah yes he would like a normal party anyways I need to get him back to training" Black got out his watch and it pulled Black Storm in "Just a thing I'm training him inside a watch that I made using stuff from" Black started whispering to Storm Shine "the human world."

"Okie dokie-" Storm replied with a grin, as Pinkie finished the sentence "Lokie!" She giggled. "We'll have it ready by then..." Pinkie continued. "Yeppers, and I'm sure we'll find someway to make it and extra-super-dee-duper special, normal theme birthday party!" Storm assured Black.

Skyla was sat down at a table, not doing much of anything after wandering around and meeting everypony. She watched all the ponies talk and laugh, and occasionally talked to one.

"Okay well if it's no concern I have to get somewhere" Black said teleporting to Eps where Flame Streak was "So Flame is very easy to persuade from my reseach" he told Eps casting a spell so he didn't have to flap his wings to stay in the air "however I don't know last searches on him was when he was born however I could take a look in human history" Black started flipping threw the pages.

Eps reacts back to Black:

"Thanks, but I don't like to borrow money and besides, my wings can cary him... or I just let him fly himself, but what if he doesn't co-öperate. What then? just knock him out of consience and carry him with me?... would spare me the trouble. Nah, I just confince him."

 

Eps knocks softly on Streaks head and starts to talk.

"Hey! Anybody in there? Equestria to pony, hello?"

 

Eps talks to Black again in his mind.

"This guy is like a empty nut. What am I supose to do with this guy? This takes way to long, it almost looks like he has been standing still for 3 days. What should I do with this guy?  What do you suggest? Wait till he pulled himself back together?"

"Well I would say this is Brightness Syndrome it's when a someone comes to the pony world for the first time or well for him the second time in which their brain starts moving slowly in which it takes half a day or so maybe 1 hour to process a few minutes or so but this effect only does last for an hour so yea" Black told Eps.

"Well, that takes to long for me. Can't I just carry him on my back to Celestia? He needs no introduction to this world. He will be gone in a few minutes anyway and besides, if we want to fly to Canterlot, I need to learn him how to fly. I am not going to spend a hole day to teach him something what he is going to use only ones."

"Well I could use a shot which makes it only 1 minute but we would need to stabilize his mind immediately" Black said "do you want to do that option." Black was already pulling out the shot and another to stabilize his mind. "If not we can just wait for him"

Skyla turned around to see a pony asking her name. "Oh, hi there. I'm Skyla, who are you?" she asked, wondering how she missed this pony before.

 

"This is a great party, right? It's so nice to get a warm welcome," she said, smiling. It meant a lot more to her than the average pony, but didn't say anything about it.

"Let's give just a little more time. So, do you know how he got here? It is pretty important I know. Don't you have a special device tha can make us look back in his memory or something... hmmm... maybe.... I woner... No.... The princess wouldn't approve." 

 

Eps looks on a questioning way to Black.

"Princess would approve of it it can't alter the mind and I could give you the book on his entire life never mind just here it is" Black said handing the book of the ponies life to Eps "But how long have you been waiting?"

 

Black was waiting for his response when the pony woke up from the Brightness Syndrome.

"Don't worry, You'r party's scheduled for tomorrow!" Storm told Chain after appearing next to him. "Yepper-dee-deppery-doo! Tomorrow we'll have an absolutely great party for you!" Pinkie sang from her position standing on Storm's back. They quickly hugged Chain, before Storm bounded off again, Pinkie still on his back. "Wheee~!"

"Oh, Oh!" Pinkie exclaimed from above Chain. "Your looking for a forge?" She asked rhetorically. "Hmmm.... Stormy, have you seen a forge?" Pinkie asked the stallion whose head she was sitting on. "Hmmm..." Storm put a hoof to his chin in thought, making sure to stay balanced with his wings. "Oh yeah! There's this old building out somewhat near Fluttershy's place!" He exclaimed happily. "It's a bit old and abandoned, but Ms. Mayor wants to get rid of it and I think it had a forge the last time I checked..." Storm finished with a smile. "Yaaayss~!" Pinkie replied happily, jumping to her hooves (Still on Storm's head). "We could totally see Ms. Mayor about getting Chain set up there!" She continued with her grin getting bigger.
