I have taken a quick interest into white zombie and rob zombie a lot recently. Great music to listen too when your angry or want to get something accomplished.

The only song I've heard from White Zombie is this one that was on Guitar Hero 3:

This is a stupid question, but White Zombie and Rob Zombie are different, right? Or no?

Here's my favorite all time song...I'm not sure if anyone has posted it before though...

Life Is Beautiful by: Sixx AM.

The song wasn't really something I was expecting...but I'm glad I found it...

Apparently, the band is under hard rock, so it counts.

Nine Inch Nails... a band I'm slightly divided over. While I admittedly couldn't enjoy their debut album, not even in the slightest. But The Downward Spiral on the other hand.... jesus fuck, talk about redeeming yourself

They just went full awesome from this point

You see? The Downward Spiral is obviously an epic album, definitely their best, and I doubt that they'll ever top that album off, their debut isn't one of my preferred albums by them but I still do like it.

HOLY SHIT NEW ARCADE FIRE SINGLE LEAKED.....

....and it got taken down like 30 minutes after it was uploaded. Oh well

It was called "Reflektor" ("k" instead of "c", RLY STYLISH) and it featured David Bowie (though he was so underused that you wouldn't know he was there if you didn't read the full song title). It wasn't their typical artsy indie style, but this was actually some sort of Alternative Dance kind of track. I'm not loving the new approach they're taking. I'd rather like for them to explore the possibilities of combining the large amounts of instruments they got while still sticking to their kinda indie style. But I can understand why they choose to take a new approach, since The Suburbs mainly just depended on pianos and guitar, and their sound haven't sounded fresh in a while for many people. I'm still hyped as fuck for this album, but I'm not expecting this to top Funeral or The Suburbs

Don't get me wrong though, I loved the song, I just like their Indie sound more

Overall, it sounds a lot like LCD Soundsystem

Speaking of The Suburbs

The Downward Spiral is definitely a fantastic album, and I know many people consider it the pinnacle of their discography, but please tell me you guys have listened to The Fragile before coming to this conclusion. The Fragile is my personal pick for best album, but it might be cause I'm a sucker for double albums.

I've heard it. TDS stilll beats it, but not by much though. Might as well post my favorite song from that album

When it comes to the best NIN album, it's a very close second in my books

I might as well post some Iceage

The Fragile is in a close second for me. I'll admit that it was a tough decision, though I came to the conclusion that I preferred The Downward Spiral. The Day The World Went Away along with The Wretched, Into the Void and Starfuckers Inc. are my personal top picks from that album.

The only NIN album I haven't listened to is Year Zero.

I enjoy Pretty Hate Machine though I feel that in contrast to some of their other material it's a bit weaker.

I really enjoy the poppyness of it.

Anyways, I've been on a bit of an emo kick lately. So I'll leave some here.

Both of these albums are so amazing I swear cx

You should probably listen to Skinny Puppy

Anyways, I have no idea why I never started listening to The Mars Volta earlier, they're fucking amazing, and best of all it features the lead singer of At The Drive In. These guys have quickly become my new favorite when it comes down to Prog Rock.

I've been meaning to listen to both Skinny Puppy and At the Drive in for more than a year now. I swear sometimes I just forgot about things...

Dude Skinny Puppy are one of the classic bands when it comes down to Industrial, and plus they were one of the important bands for the heavy influence of synthpop in Industrial and At The Drive In are truly the best Post-Hardcore band out there. Get off your lazy ass and listen to them you heretic.

Okay, okay, I'll try torrenting some of their stuff later, please don't hit me ;-;. I'm also interested in Godflesh since I heard an Isis cover of one of their songs and I really liked it.

YES DO IT LISTEN TO GODFLESH, Streetcleaner is an awesome album, if you listen to that album then it won't be a mistake at all man.

Fun fact: The guy from Jesu originally was from Godflesh and he had formed Jesu after Godflesh split up, the name comes from the final track off of Godflesh's last album.

I knew half of that. I knew that Jesu was formed after Godflesh broke up. But I didn't know that "Jesu" was the name of their last song.

Reflektor is definitely a great song, the album must be a good one.

Listening to Hopesfall right now, The Staellite Years is an amazing Post-Hardcore album

I'm listening to The Downward Spiral right now, it's very refreshing after not listening to it for so long.

Heresy is one of my favorite NIN songs

I was listening to quite a bit of Dance Gavin Dance earlier so I'll leave one of their tracks here
