Bone Napper saw the mare pointing a gun at him, and took this as an instant threat. He dropped from the sky at high speeds and landed near inches away from Rain, whip in hand. "Please explain to me the reason why you think it's a good idea to aim l your weapon at me? Last time I checked, I had committed no offence against you. She what gives you the reason to threaten on such as I?" He had his whip at the ready, anticipating this to end in blood. No matter. His armour was forced from the Scales of Dragons, not something that is easily broken by conventional means. So a fight would possibly mean that he would win. Albeit with a few scars.

"Simply caution. I noticed you were trailing my friends, so i trailed you. If meant no harm, I do apologize for the offense." Putting the gun down, but kept my weapons close by. "Forgive me. Not all threats are visible at first. However, it doesn't mean one should completely leave their guard down. My goals were Elegron's protection. I don't murder senselessly you know," I said with a light laughter. "So why were you spying on them? There must be a reason huh?"

"if anyone is going to kill them, its us." Elegron was a little surprised by that. then again, he should have expected it "well, if he has to be killed anyway. i dont doubt this "project hellfire" is good for the wasteland. speaking of which, hows the decryption going dash?" "we will be able to read the file soon, should only be about half an hour, ive almost got it" "Thats amazing! you never cease to amaze me" elegron hugged her, then remembered that the bat pony was still there. "oh right, heh, sorry. anyway, like i said, why are you following rave?" then Elegron waved to rain, smiling

Rave made the decision there and then. Elegron was an enemy. "So you keep on spying and digging into stuff where you don't belong? You know, you are not very trustworthy Elegron. This is why we can never be friends". He then looks to Dash. "Just try and kill me. You will regret it, you little gnat". He walks away with his group. Thunderflame gives Elegron a sad and disapproving look. "I believe in friendship, I don't care if you don't, but I will keep on believing that Rave can be saved. Even if you have given up". She kept on following Rave.

"That's what I've tried all this time Flamestreak. I know that's it's possible for him to change, but I don't think I can do it before he kills millions of innocent ponies." He turned to look at her "if you can't change him... I won't be able to thank you enough. But if rave gets to close to activating the megaspell, we won't have a choice." He looked truly sad. Bone Napper got onto a small radio and called his brothers and sister. "I've found our Dragon. Transmitting location."

 

"That voice. That scent. That rather well out together disguise." He made a quick Dash in front of Flamestreak. "You are Flamestreak. And you are a Dragon." Bone Napper get his whip ready to lash. "For your crimes against the dragon code and choosing to abandon your race, you are hear by ordered to attend and audience with Lord Grigori for the appropriate judgment for your crimes. You will accompany my brothers and I to Canterlot, or you will be taken their by force, in a cage."

 

Not long after he finished talking, the 7 other Bat Ponies dropped from the sky armed with assorted net guns, spears, stun guns and whips.

Now Rave was truly pissed off. "I once believed in you Stabledweller. If you hadn't gone after some petty revenge for you stupid marefriend, I would not be forced to cleanse the Wasteland of its evil. You have been pretending to be a hero, pretending to be helping ponies, but you revealed your true nature, you don't care, so I can no longer believe in you. You broke my trust, you think you can do whatever you want. I have seen many heroes before, all of them gave me hope... and all of them failed me. You are no different. And now Flamestreak has gotten into trouble only because she help YOU". Rave's horn glowed immensly dark and dark crystals sprouted from the earth and went straight Bone Napper's neck, impaling him. "No one touches her, you understand?". Rave's mane turned dark due to magical corruption. He levitated his Novasurge rifle in front of him and started firing at the other Bat Ponies. Darkeye charged into one bat pony and started beating him up with brute strength. "You must choose now Stabledweller, if you want to help or not. This is not for me, but for Flamestreak".

For raves sake, he ended the spell before it could kill anypony. "Sorry rave, I didn't know it would that large of an affect." Elegrons horn cackled with magic. "I... Think I'll sit the rest of this one out. Should be easy now" he fell onto his knees from exhaustion.

 

Dash's eyes went wide "What was that spell? I've never seen anything like it!"

"I don't know. I just kind of got mad..." Came Elegrons response. "Hey rave, you ok?"

 

Rave had gotten the least of the spell, and wasn't hit too hard.

Most of the bat ponies lay on the ground in great pain, but Storm Fury and Vi still managed to stand.

 

 

Storm Fury: "You... don't understand what you are doing. You don't know of Dragon Code. Despite what she may think, Flamestreak is still a Dragon bound by the code until death or exile. If she wants to live this life, Lord Grigori could have exiled her from the Dragon Kingdom and she would live free from the code. Although this would mean she could never return above the clouds. Or ever see her family again. She is still young. Grigori would never have hurt her. Yet you attack ponies who simply try and uphold laws and represent order in this world. I though the Lightbringer was suppose to help ponies like us. Peace keepers, agents of the law. What 'hero' can't even respect the laws?"

 

Vi: "The Dragon still comes with us. To Canterlot for her Judgment. Once her exile is proclaimed she is free to dwell on the surface all she wants. And her crime which started all of this Wass attacking ground dwelling ponies who have committed no actions again her that break the break the treaty that was signed 100 years ago, by all the major leaders of this land. Enclave, Brotherhood of Steel, The Caravans, DJ-PON3. All of them agreed that ponies would leave the Dragons alone forever, and in return Dragons would never be seen or attack any ground dwelling pony who keeps to this treaty. You may have forgotten it, but this Dragoness should know it well, and now has to pay for what she did."

Elegron was silent for a long time. "Right... My apologies, I was under the impression you were going to kill her." He turned to flame streak "sorry flamestreak, I'm not going to kill them over this. It just wouldn't be right. I will not ask for assistance in fighting bloodrop"

Greenleaves was already helping the other bat ponies. "I'm just trying to do the right thing. Sometimes it's hard to see what that is... Only problem now is that flamestreak is the only one I know who could change rave... Maybe we can come to some sort of agreement. If not then I will change my plans"

Dash asks, "What of those who also protect dragons at one point? I was friends years ago with some very young ones. A few rogue enclave dragoons attacked and killed them. I felt my friendship with them required me to be the hand of judgement then and I took out those rogues. I also gained my cutiemark then. But because of this mark of the Dashite on my flank, I have lost that which I gained but I still will honor the code. You have not wronged me or those I care for, I will not fight."

 

Dash looks to Flamestreak, "They are right. I also though have business in canterlot."

 

She then looks to the two and asks, "May I have an audiance with the Lord?"

Grigori has all the rights he needs now to kill you on sight. So don't give him more of a reason to attack by entering our home. You however Pegasus, may be granted an audience with our Lord."

 

Inferno: "The time has come Flamestreak. Will you come quietly? Or will we have to use force?"

"TRAITOR". Rave flung his magic into the ground and dark crystals sprouted everywhere. Rave felt a lot of physical pain as the taxation of the dark magic was heavy. "NO ONE PUTS A HOOF ON FLAMY". A dark crystal went through an armor of one of the bat ponies, killing him as well, another wounded others, some went for Elegron and his team, one crystal wounded Greenleaves. However, Flamestreak approached Rave and put a hoof around him. "Rave? Rave, please look at me. Please, just look at me" she was crying. Rave reluctantly stopped. He looked into her eyes. "It will be ok, I will be fine. Let this end". "This isn't fair, this Grigori knows nothing of laws, nothing of what is right or wrong. He is an old fool holding to some old law because he is afraid of change. He is afraid of what's new. Laws can be rewritten". "I'll be fine, I promise. Please, just stop". They were both crying. He hugged her tight, she hugged back, than she withdrew and approached one of the bat ponies. Rave watched the rest of the ponies with hatred, he looked at the bat ponies. He would remember this. No forgiveness. He was done trusting other ponies, they didn't care.

Elegrons horn glowed, and raves attack on him was negated by a ward. Elegron turned to vi "if you recall my spell killed no pony. I didn't try to kill any pony. I was trying to end the fight with as few casualties as possible. Rave was the only one who killed anyone." Elegron walked over to greenleaves and made sure she was ok, then went to help the other bat ponies.

"Come Rave," putting my hoof on his shoulder. "Lets get you home, let the bat ponies handle their business. I loved my brother as you loved her. We can cope together. Please, just come with me. You seem like somepony who has had past severe grief issues.  " Leading him away from the bat ponies and Franestreak. "This can be hard for everyone. Let me take care of you ok?" Giving him a napkin, "Here wipe your tears. Where do you feel the best comfortable? We can go there right now."

"Best comfortable? Anywhere that is not the Wasteland. That would be comfortable. But that is not an option. So I guess it would have to be anywhere where I can not see them, because I swear that I will kill them. If any of them show their stupid face, I will kill them. They are all dead to me. I don't want to be near any of them" Rave was shaking, his muscles tense as he wanted to wrap his hooves around the necks of everypony that had let him down.

Elegron was quite adamant. "I'm coming with dash. what would it take to make up for my attack? Considering that I never tried to kill any pony. I don't want more enemies than I already have. Especially because you aren't evil. I'll be more careful from now on who I attack as it is"

Vi: "INFERNO!" She rushed to the body of her now dead brother. "Two brothers. In less than 10 minutes. Two less of our species left."

 

Storm Fury: "And now only 7 of our kind remain alive. Soon, we may go extinct if these power crazy lunatics keep killing and/ or trying to kill us for maintaining a bit and order in the world! Stay out of Canterlot you Crystal freak. Or we will have your head mounted on a pike and your body fed to the Ghouls. And that's if Lord Grigori does not kill you first. We are leaving, and the Dragon is coming with us. You enclave pegasus, you wanted an audience with our Lord. Come with us and you may have it. The rest of you, stay away. That includes you, Lightbringer."

 

Vi and Storm Fury helped their Brothers onto their hooves to help them Carry the bodies of both Bone Napper and Inferno back to the city, and then they started to fly back, but Storm and Vi staying close to Flamestreak to make sure she follows.

Dash goes over to the sky chariot. She steps in and her power armor opens. As she steps out of it three things become very noticeable. The first is the mark of the Dashite on her flank. The second was that if her colors matched she looks similar to and alsmost like a twin to Rainbow Dash.

 

[-2 strength +1 agility]

 

The third is that she has a cybernetic joint exposed on her left leg.

 

"I am ready when you all are. Is there anything I need to be aware of when in canterlot?"

Elegron got on the sky chariot along with dash, he didn't care what vi told him. He would be there with dash, and he would peacefully resolve any conflict with them. A fight was the last thing he wanted by this point. He put a goof around dash's shoulder and looked at vi. "one more chance?"

She follows just to ensure Flamestreak stays safe. "Flamestreak, I never ment any harm to you or the others. I am just following my heart. Right now my heart tells me to go to canterlot."

 

She kisses Elegron. "I came out of my cycle a few days ago. However, my feelings have not changed. You will have it."

Elegron got on the sky chariot along with dash, he didn't care what vi told him. He would be there with dash, and he would peacefully resolve any conflict with them. A fight was the last thing he wanted by this point. He put a goof around dash's shoulder and looked at vi. "one more chance?"

Vi: "Begone with you. This is our way of giving you another chance. If we upheld a the laws, you would be dead right now. So this is your second chance. We never want to see you interfere with our business again. And never see you at our home. We will kill you if we need to. Begone." Vi turned back into formation and stated to fly again.

"Fine then. Dash, afterwords we can meet up again. Greenleaves, if you've healed the our "allies", then we should go now. I have a plan." As soon as she got in the sky chariot, it vanished into thin air. As soon as it was out of sight, Elegron deactivated the on board stealthbuck. The team, with the exception of dash headed towards a small raider camp that homage had told Elegron about before the incident. He turned on his broadcast to dash's frequency "try and convince them that I'm they're ally, anyway, when we meet next I will have a gift ready for you." He turned off the broadcaster.

"Alright, lets go Rave. Darkeye, what's a good place for us to lay low for a while? There must be some place your father liked." She was beginning to like Darkeye, despite his appetite and crude humour. Things were beginning to smooth over. Looking to Rave and Darkeye, "So, where to?"
