Blooddrop: "Yes I did. You have been our top emissary and espionage agent for the last 3 years. So I'm trusting you with this task. We need eyes inside stable city. They will most likely accept you into the city as you are young and your markings have been scratched. Once inside, simply learn about it, get the location for us so we may attack when needed. This is a lot and we have to make it as convincing as possible, meaning we would have to beat you a bit. Maybe break a bone or two. Will you do this for us?"

 

Cryssi: "Of course. For the good of the society and the ponies of the world. I will do this."

 

Vi: "Good girl. Be still, this will hurt. A lot."

 

(10 minutes later)

 

Cryssi was of. With two broken ribs and a lot of wounds and cuts, mounted her Scorpion she ser off north, hoping to run into a light bringer before nightfall. The world was harsh after dark buy more importantly, she thought she would be captured, interrogated and her Scorpion killed if they found her sleeping. "Come on Zac, let's go." Zac was a rare breed of Scorpion. Midnight Black in colour with stripes of forest green and lime green. Faster than most Scorpions and very sneak, but not strong and a soft shell. The due set out into the world, away from the comforts of WPS living conditions and starting to live like she did 15 years ago.

"Well this file holds all you and your light bringers have done. It also holds everything that the white poison has done. My Dashites can learn anything. I know that they have been and are still trying to locate and attack Stable City. Your raids have put this place in jeopardy. I am willing to let evryone here move, If they choose, to the Dashite cloud city. We have bracelets and horn rings for all who can't cloud walk. We have even redesigned the consoles so that any race may use them. What do you think?

As for peace with white poison, your section of the file says, not any time soon. They have turned about 60% of the world against you. I have spoken with the elder dragons and justice will come when the time is right. Until then do nothing to further anger them.

 

I will go as an emissary of the dragon lands no more. If they attack me they will break the 110 years treaty." Dashia says with both sorrow and regret in her voice.

"Damnit.... All right, move the citizens to stable city. I'll try to handle the situation with the white poison. So if your already going there, we might as well go together." Elegron u holstered his revolver and set it down on a nearby table "like I said, I won't be armed." Elegron suddenly looked sad "dash... If this doesn't work, then there is little hope for Equestria. Do you know where the gardens of Equestria megaspell is? That may be my only choice."

"My Dashites have told me of it. I also hold the firing control system of Sentenza. I can't go unarmed. I am a living weapon. Plus, I am bound by the code if they attack me the break the treaty and the dragons will attack. I also have an escort of 10 half-dragon dragoons." Dashia heads out while explaining to Elegron what the future can hold.

Elegron gets in his personal sky chariot, it only has 2 seats, and has a lot of buttons on it, all for different things. "Hey, if you want to give your wings a rest you can ride with me" he motioned to the seat beside him. This hovercraft was a lot nicer than the one he had 10 years ago.

The 10 Dragoons land around Dashia and Dashia says, "They will think I am only there to protect you. I will stay within my escort's area." Dash begins to fly with her escort. She looks to be heading for their supply city. "But first we will speak to Rave's son. I will speak first. So wait for my signal before revealing yourself."

[Elegron 168]

"Alright. I'll be right behind you" Elegron tapped a button, and the sky chariot totally vanished, Elegron included. "We have our own tech now. With enough resources and prewar knowledge one can do a lot. That's not all this thing can do, but I can show you later" he reappeared. "I'll turn in on when we get close" he waited for dash to leave, and looked at his pipbuck. Stable city wasn't even shown on the map, he only had memory to go by whenever he returned.

It didn't take long for the flight to reach their destination. Dashia lands with her escort behind her. She approaches one of the guards and says, "I am emissary for the cloud city New Cloudsdayle. I would like to speak to the one in charge of maintaining this city."

 

Dashia is not in her draconic form. She is also wearing a new power armor. It looks like an exoframe for a cyberpony.

"Give me a moment. Call Rain, we have visitors." Looking to the pony to his right. 

 

-2 minutes later- 

 

"Hello, I remember you, what brings you to ponyville?" Temporarily forgetting my manners. "Please come in, everyone is welcome here. I am sure you remember me. I am officially in charge of ponyville at the moment. How may I be of service?"

"A chance at a lasting peace and an end to the raids on the caravans. I represent the dragon peace commission And the Dashites of New Cloudsdayle. I have a pony who wishes to end the fighting that has been 10 years running." Dash signals to her escort and they quickly surround Elegron. Their dragon sight allowing them to see him. "He is unarmed and came of his own choice. However he is acting as a peace envoy, so the same saying I gave to dragons I also extend to your forces."

 

Dashia takes a clam and serious stance and then says, "Harm before me those I care for and you will be harming me. If you harm me you will regret it. This is not a threat. Dragon's can't lie. It is a promise I have already kept before several dragons. They were made exiles for forcing my hooves. I will ensure he causes no trouble."

A shimmer in the air is seen, and Elegron appears, seemingly out of nowhere. He steps down from his still invisible vehicle, confident, calm, and relaxed. "Wassup rain?" He smiled, and shook her hoof. "10 years has been far too long, how has darkeye been?" He has only gotten even more charismatic over the years.

"I am not one for causing anger Dash. I too want peace between us. Unfortunately, public opinion is very tedious right now. I see and hear first hand how bad the fighting is and oh..." Elegron's appearance temporarily startled me. Regaining myself, "Hello as well! You have my support in this matter, your issue primarily concerns my husband Darkeye, and the two mares that run the WPS, Vi and Blooddrop. However, Darkeye's requests are simple, earning the blood queen's respect may not be so easily done. He can explain that himself. Do follow me, I was granted the former city hall as my home. As you are my guests, Please feel free to take what refreshments you wish." As they walked, looks and stares, hope and glares of anger could be seen from ponies and zebra alike. However, none did approach the dragons out of fear. "Darkeye will be here soon, you can leave your escort outside, no harm will come to you here." Calling upstairs, "Kids! we have guests I would like you to meet. Also, can you please offer these drinks to the guards outside as well? We have some business to discuss." They ran down excited, "Woah, YOUR Elegron, I heard so much about you! He doesn't even look deadly, our queen must be scared if they can't take him down yet!" Laughing to myself lightly, They went on with my directions and went outside talking excitedly.

Elegron was nothing but friendly to the ponies around him. Ponies everywhere were starting to wonder why he was so hated. As soon as the kids went outside he said "you have great kids. I assume they're yours anyway, they remind me of you. I planned on having kids myself, but between the war, and the fact that dash wouldn't be able to be around, I never had much choice. One of the reasons I hope to still be alive 20 years from now"

A patrol of about 3 WPS soldiers passed by Rain's house after noticing Elegron move inside. On a pass, on of the soldiers threw a near invisible and absolutely tiny ball, one that would be impossible to see or feel unless you are actively searching for it, into the house that functioned as a moving camera. The ball followed the ponies inside, sending everything it sees and hears to a terminal in the WPS outpost a few buildings away.

 

Tech 1: "Visual connection established."

 

Tech 2: "Audio connection is ago."

 

Tech 3: "Motion controls active, we are live. Keep an eye on them."

Dashia motions with a wing before going inside several of the escort breaks off to do what she commanded. The rest remain at ease by the old city hall. "I see this place has started to come back from what happened 10 years ago. I hope the gifts for all that a few of my dragoons went to rechreave are a sign to the people hope exists beyond your lands." Two return with items from across the sea. They place sacks of seeds and Rain is given a letter to the leader of white poison from the watcher, Spike.

 

"My grandfather says hello. I hope his blessing is understood."

Darkeye's black eyes followed Elegron's movements. "So the Stabledweller has decided to show himself. What, are you now trying to convince the populace of Ponyville that you've done nothing wrong? That what you are doing is righteous and just? I find that to be disrespectful towards all of those you have murdered. You know we have laws against murders here and the penalty is death. Don't overstay you welcome here". Darkey pushed a table in front of Elegron and layed down 2 chairs for them to sit down and discuss. "I hear you want peace. Well, if you want peace, then it will be the WPS that will be making the terms, not you. You have caused nothing but pain and grief and you will have to pay reparations for all the crimes you've committed against us". He notices Dashia. "And do I have to remind you of the peace between dragons and ponies that was made a long time ago. It would be a violation to the code to take sides as it would mean a declaration of war, due to military alliance or you would be branded and exiled. So choose your words carefully dragon". He turned his eyes back on Elegron. "After we have talked, I will send a message to the Blood Queen of our result and then it will be up to her if she wants peace or not as she is the head of the government".

Dashia says, "If you place me on a side. You will be the ones to attack first. I am an envoy nothing more. The events from ten years ago are no longer my concern." Dashia shifts looking upset that he didn't even notice what her dragoons brought in.

 

She makes a motion and a kinder action towards hers and Spike's generosity, will stop her.

 

"Then my gifts will go directly to the ponies then. I was hoping to let you have a personal set but treating me as a member of the light bringers and not of what I am cost that. The treaty is needing to be reworked. The dragon lord council has granted me a diplomatic status. Thus as a diplomat I can at needed times come and represent the dragons. I am also heads of New Cloudsdayle, a Dashite city that the white poison will never rule over."

 

The dragoons begin to take the sacks outside and Dashia says, "The letter is yours none the less."

"Would you rather things continue as they are? Wartime is no time to have children darkeye. Ponies get hurt, ones that aren't even fighting." His tone wasn't threatening, but sad. "Stable city has children too. Nothing can really be gained from this war anyway. There can only be loss. And it won't just be on my side. You have every right to hate me darkeye, but that shouldn't get in the way of what's best for the ponies within our walls." Elegron turned to dash "hold on dash, he doesn't know you only have a day, and you stand with me, so of course he's going to be a bit suspicious. Besides, those seeds could greatly help the citizens here." He turned back to darkeye "I know you think of me as a monster, and your probably right, but I'm tired of killing. If you would believe it, I hate raiding caravans and towns. Many of the ponies don't deserve it. It took me until now to realize how foolish I was being. The white poison United over half the wasteland, and that's something I respect."

"Wait, Wait! Darkeye, I want peace. I can say at least half the citizenry here want peace.  I am loyal to the WPS, however all I am saying is that just because we live in a wasteland doesn't mean we have to act like savage animals." Talking directly to Dash, "I am sorry, please forgive him. War is a difficult time for all to think reasonably. I will make sure that your letter gets to the leadership as well as one of my own. Thank you for your arrival and help." Turning towards Elegron, "I think some reparations are necessary as well as disclosing the location for your city if true peace is ever to be attained. We must be equals, although in a sense, I understand your reasons for concealing such things but trust is necessary for this arrangement to work. Send your terms to me and I shall coordinate between our two parties. Remember, you are always welcome here, do not be afraid if you need sanctuary."

Dashia makes a motion and one of the bags are brought back. "I know that our world will never be the same as it once was and a lasting peace is all we ask for. My side of this is wanting a fair non-confrontational view of them." Dashia sits and sips a glass of tea.

"I was not being unreasonable. I was taking caution" he glared at Dash. "If you are going to be insulted because I am taking caution and speaking the truth about the Dragon Code, then that has only resulted in me thinking lower of your kind. And bribing me with gifts won't change my mind, although it will help the ponies here non the less. So I refuse these gifts for me, but accept them if they are for the ponies of Ponyville". Darkeye then looks at Rain. "The Stabledweller is not welcome here, Rain. As long as he is a declared enemy of the nation, he will never be welcome anywhere where the WPS has control. Ponyville is a county of the WPS. By offering him sanctuary, you are speaking of treason. I will not endanger my fillies to the wrath of the Blood Queen". He then looked at Elegron. "It is easy for you to say that you are now tired of this, since you have lost fewer than most. You are telling me it took you whole 10 years to realize what you were doing was wrong? 10 YEARS? 10 YEARS OF RELENTLESS SLAUGHTERING. Last year, a cousin of mine, who is part of the Crystal family was murdered as he was protecting a supply caravan of weaponry for the first time. He was 16 years old and he was told that it would be easy and that there was no reason for them to be attacked. But non the less, he was killed by ponies belonging to your faction, in fact, you might have been the one leading the attack. And the White Poison united ALL of the Wasteland, or at least all of the ponies living in the Wasteland. I want this war to end, but in the end it will be the Blood Queen that decides. So, what is it that you propose and if I deny it, are you willing to listen to my demands?".

Tech: "Send a message to Vi. She needs to come to ponyville at once."

Vi: "Elegron is in ponyville. They are requesting that I go their just incase things get out of hand or they need a high power."

 

Blooddrop: "He can't do much. If he attacks first it will only prove what we have been saying all along. Go on then, make sure things go smoothly."

 

Vi got in her Scorpion and with two guard, set about making way for ponyville. 10 minutes at a good pace was all it should take to arrive. Last thing she wanted for her people is for the young to experience the reality of a gunfight, or causing a public disturbance.

"Forgive me, I forget the reality of our discussions. I really do want peace. I mean nothing toward you Dash as the envoy of the Dragons however, It will take much more than Elegron coming here without arms or proclaiming peaceful intentions to show his trustworthy nature. I have to agree with Darkeye in the respect that ten years of conflict can not be forgiven so lightly. I realize there are exceptions to the rule, but Elegron speaks of hypocrisy when he suddenly realizes after ten years that his methods were flawed. I am willing to compromise make no mistake, but all final decisions eventually come to the joint leadership of Vi and Bloodrop. I may want peace but the higher powers that be may not take it so easily."

"I think we all want this war over. Nopony is benefiting from it. Sure I have tons of new weapons, but that's nothing compared to what I've done. I can never make up for the genocide. I'm just glad those who ran, or I wouldn't be able to live with myself. The point is, war is pointless, peace is good. I think that is something that everypony in this room agrees to. Now, in exchange for peace, the location of stable city will be revealed later. Not now because I need to know we will not be attacked. Second, I will return the weapons that have been stolen, and third, no more attacks will be made on the white poison. Now I also think that the white poison shouldn't have to do much, because the war is mostly my fault, I just request that the white poison makes no attempt to attack stable city, and that I am not shot on sight if I ever leave stable city. Does everypony agree with these terms? If so then I would like them to be presented to bloodrop for her to decide." Elegron gave his speech with confidence, but remained a cheerful attitude to keep things friendly. "If you have any more suggestions, I am more than happy to hear them"

"You will not be given allowance to go waltzing all around WPS. There are some restricted areas to commoners and outsiders. If you enter those areas, you will be shot on sight. You will not be able to travel everywhere without a passport, however, for that to happen, you will have to become a citizen of the WPS and obey the laws. Now, that little law has been made known, I guess it is now time for business. You admit that the war has mostly been your fault, you are therefore also admitting to war crimes. Reparations will have to be paid, caps, weapons and supplies. In return, WPS guards and soldiers will not attack anypony without a passport, but anypony that does not have a passport or at least can not prove that they are WPS citizens, will not be admitted into cities or towns. However, they will be admitted into trade centers and markets for trade, if they are interested. Now this is not a peace deal but a truce, since peace won't be available until Stablecity has been revealed. I will present these terms to Blooddrop if you accept them and we will hear what she has to say about this. If you do not agree to these terms, I will have to ask you to leave and I will only give you 3 minutes to leave before having you killed as your decision will be treated as a hostile one. We have had enough of you and we want a fair deal". 

 

 

Lasher was flying nearby, wearing his red painted Enclave armor. He had modified it and also his Anti-Machine Rifle, Fear. "Ponyville has been rebuilt? Now that is odd".
