Vi arrived in ponyville, clothed in her old Dragon Scale armour, customised witH sections of Red Cloth, and the Mark of the WPS, a White Scorpion on her back. She left her Scorpion at the entrance and moved into the city with her two elite guards by her sides.

Slasher: "Vi. Glad you could come on such short notice, the Stabledweller is in town and taking with Rain and Judge Darkeye in the former city hall. Their entire conversation has been recorded via drone. We needed you here for diplomatic reasons, and to keep the ponies from getting too curious."

Vi: "Very good. The the ponies to return to their homes. Official government business is being held in town."

Slasher: "At once." Slasher turned on his Radio, and broadcasted his voice over town. "This is Commander Slasher from the WPS Justicars. Return to your homes immediately. No exceptions." He turned the Radio off and the streets started to clear. "Streets should be empty soon. No one will get in the way of business now."

Vi: "Escort me to the Outpost, I want to see this drone you have."

Slasher: "At once."

Darkeye noted the command given by Slasher. "They are clearing the town. That can only mean one thing. Someone highly from the government has arrived and is putting Ponyville under surveillance. This might be interesting. The citizens better obey Rain, otherwise the town will be put under martial law and I will have to carry it out myself".

Hearing the orders, "No one is as foolish as to disobey direct government orders. They will suffer otherwise. I suppose we should see this new official, I am sure they would like to see what we have done so far." Calling to a guard at the door, "Can you request the presence of this new arrival?" "Of course mylady, right away."

"I agree to these terms. Once I feel that there is no risk For stable city then I will reveal its location." Elegron heard the commotion "what's going on? Something important I assume. Anyway, I hope you realise that I have no plans to become a citizen, this is for a truce and later a , hopefully lasting, peace" Elegron wasn't sure why, but he felt like something was about to happen.

"As for my side. The dashite's that have been enslaved are to be given over to the New Cloudsdayle guardians. Compensation will be given for their return. Any half dragons who have chosen to remain within the wastelands should at least come to New Cloudsdayle. A record of dragon's blood is being held in one week. Should they wish to learn of their blood heritage, They can do so there. Here is New Cloudsdayle's location." Dashia hooves to Rain a parchment containing the location of New Cloudsdayle. If the words of survalence bothered Dashia, She didn't make it known.

With a signal the dragoon returns to the others.

"Unacceptable. If you want your dashites back, you are going to have to pay for them. Most of the slave market is under the control of the Happy Smiles. They are not going to be giving up their slaves without a profit. So, either you bring caps or you get nothing".

"Did I not say, they will be compensated for it. I guess you didn't hear me." Dashia didn't show any exact emotion towards Darkeye's comment. She does however shake her head. "there is one final thing. The old library what became of it. My grandfather would like to know."

"I heard you loud and clearly. However, you were demanding that we deliver them to you. We don't do deliveries. That is the Happy Smiles Caravan. And you were offering this to me, which is also not possible as I don't have direct control over the slave market. I wonder why you are the diplomat" Darkeye lifted one of his eyebrows. "Compensations don't have to necessarily mean caps, so I was just letting you know, what kind of "compensations" are needed".

"It was removed, we have placed a commemoration to Rave Crystal in it's place. The remaining wood was used for either construction or firewood." Reaching back to a cupboard, "Here is an artifact from the era you might find important. I had it removed from site before we cleaned it up." Handing her a book that formerly held the Elements of Harmony. It was scuffed up a little bit with some damage to the corners and binding, however it still held decently together. "Unfortunately, the contents are presumed missing or stolen. My apologies to your grandfather in that regard."

Word of Elegron's presence had spread within the WPS Justicars, and a couple of groups had started to gather on roof tops around the old City Hall. Partly Wanting to see the Lightbringer first hand, partly because they wanted to throw things at him for fun, and partly because they wanted an order to shoot him. The last one very unlikely to happen.

Vi: "He hasn't changed much in 10 years. And his charisma and logic are still as faulted as back then. Maybe he still has the same stubborn nature and childish immaturity about him. Keep a close eye on him, if going to meet him first hand."

Vi moved from the Outpost towards Rain's home and knock on the front door.

Dashia receives the Book opening it. There was no missing pages and the words in the book hold ancient Knowledge. "The elements of harmony: a reference guide. This holds all one needs to find the elements once contained within. Spike told me new bearers are needed and only when the sixth shows can the others be found." Dashia puts the book in her bag. "I will make sure this book and the few others I got from canterlot are preserved."

"As for obtaining the Dashites I will need to have a representative talk with the smiles family. I won't be around after today and if they need to speak directly with me they can come to the cloud city." She hears the knocking and says, "I wonder who that is?"

"The only one who would dare disturb this meeting would be this representative sent to Ponyville by the WPS. As for the dashites, you will have to send someone to buy them from the Happy Smiles. From the sound of the name, I believe it is like the old cloudsdale, a city on the clouds. The Happy Smiles, don't fly around with their trade. Their trade is ground based. They have, however, expanded their trade down rivers as well". Darkeye walked to the door, opening it. "Vi" he said coldly. "Please, step inside" he offered respectfully.

I set up a chair for her, handing her the current compromises I have written down on a piece of paper. "This is what we have discussed so far, feel free to make amends as you see fit." Referring to Dash, "She is the Representative of the Dragons sent to organize the treaty. Next to her is Elegron, the presiding representative and leader of the Lightbringers ".

"Forgive my intrusion into your home but the presence of the Lightbringer has caught my attention, and the attention of a small portion of the city. It's my job to investigate unnatural disturbances such as this." Vi stepped inside Darkeye's home, and pulled back part of her mask, and hung her pack of custom Dragon Slayer spears on a hanger, and moved into the meeting room. "Rain, Dashia, Lightbringer. I know who they are and who they represent. It's my job to know everything. Give me a minute to read through this paper."

Darkeye filled Vi in with everything that had happened and what Darkeye had offered in return. He also filled in Vi with everything Dash. "I don't like this, especially not the half-breed. The half-breed could be a problem as she seems to be trying to change the dragon code. If that happens, dragons might not be as neutral as they are now and no one wants dragons in their lands, not ponies, griffins or zebras".

"Darkeye, that is your opinion. I only seek a peace that allows for the two sides to better understand each other. Both sides have much they can teach each other. I am also the head of New Cloudsdayle. It is mainly for my Dashites that I seek a peace treaty with white poison. I figured as much when one of my dragoons told me there was activity near the house just after we entered. I said nothing out of a desire to hide nothing." Dashia isn't in her dragon form.

"Ha. Dashia, 10 years of being a Dragon and that still does not grant you more knowledge of Dragons than what I have learned in my life. 20 years of serving Grigori and you pick yo a few things. I understand the Dragon Lords are willing to give this coexistence thing a try, but I can say strongly that Dragons cannot live amount other Creatures. They are too paranoid, fearful and worrying of war. Dragons are strong, yes. They could wipe out everyone if they attacked, but they respect creatures that are not Dragons that they are willing to try and remain separate from them, out of fear of needing to kill them. Grigori himself told me this. As for the Dashites we have prisoner in our market, Judge Darkeye's point stands true. You want them, talk to Lena Smiles and pay the appropriate amount of caps per pony.

Final Topic. Lightbringer. You want peace between our two sides, even after all you have done against us. More ponies than you know have died from sickness, hunger and animal attacks due to you Raiding the Caravans that are bringing them supplies. So you have the Crime to answer for. Mass murder of working ponies. Another Crime. Treason. Another Crime and the list could go on. You yourself have to pay the appropriate payment for your crimes that you have committed. We can have peace, but, you either face a lifetime imprisonment at minimal living conditions and poorest of quality, or a public execution by being beaten, hanging, gutting, torture and beheading. Not in that order. We also want the location of Stable City now and for your resistance to turn over all weapons and agricultural resources to the WPS for use at aid the wasteland.

I speak with the authority of the Queen when I say all of this, and Royal word is law. Accept these terms, or remain out enemy. We will let you go this once should you decline these terms. This is no longer a negotiation, this is either your surrender, or confirmation that ponies still need to live in fear for their lives and the lives of those they love For both our parties. What's it gonna be?"

"10 years of being a dragon grants more then you will know. Spike has told me things about the world even you don't know. One, I can and am able to save your kind. Your blood is the key. You are the last female of your kind. And that reminds me." Dashia hooves to Vi a letter from her brothers. "I know not what is written, but they said that you are to get it asap." Dashia seems to be trying to not get angry with her. She knows Dashia speaks truth about more then what she has said.

"I came here looking for peace and you demand that I surrender? I am needed in stable city, and aside from that I won't simply be executed or Roy away in a dungeon. Vi, I am trying to be reasonable here. I'm not sure if you truly expect me to give myself up willingly, or if you aren't taking this seriously, but either way, I am not amused. Now if there is nothing else that needs to be added, I think we have a truce in order. Everypony agree?" Elegron was making a conscious effort resisting the temptation to kill vi.

"Furthermore you will not be told where stable city is until I can trust the white poison" he had raised his voice. "And I will not hand over my resources, those keep the city going. You may have the stolen weapons back, but until we have full peace, that is all."

Rave stared at Elegron, angry. "Trying to be reasonable? TRYING TO BE REASONABLE? You have been on a murdering spree, breaking WPS laws and ruining the economy. You have been destroying and disturbing the peace. You think that is reasonable? As a judge I should be enforcing the laws upon you, the only thing that is holding me back from smashing you is that you are under diplomatic protection. Don't push your welcome here. If you don't want to be arrested or executed, then you better offer something 'reasonable' instead" he said reasonable with spite. He wanted to spit in Elegron's eyes.

"I speak out of respect Vi, I think payments can be made on his behalf. However, a life sentence can seem a bit much. Maybe a thirty year sentence with time to organize his leadership while he is gone might be more appropriate. I am only suggesting that as a token of fairness that hopefully both of our parties can cooperate more willingly. A harsh sentence might create more problems than it would solve. That is just my input your grace."

"I have already given you my reasonable terms darkeye. I will even add a negotiable amount of caps to the compensation, but aside from that, my offer stands. Unless you, vi, or rain can give me another REASONABLE idea, then I am happy to hear it." Elegrons horn glowed, and his voice echoed on the word reasonable. He looked surprised at his own actions, then took a step back. "My apologies for using the dark voice, but it seems as if you take me for a petty raider. I came for peace, and peace alone. I will not negotiate the property of my citizens."

"Unless we want anything done here, we have to think about our actions. People will follow suit with whatever we decide here!" Ugh, my head annoyed from his mind trick. "You are not helping your case right now at all either Elegron. We want to set an appropriate example that will show every one how to treat everyone else."

"So you call being imprisoned for at least 30 years, which by the way is rather short for what you have done, to be unreasonable for having murdered tons and tons of ponies, causing damage to properties and good as well as luxuries and having forced ponies to relocate from certain areas due to jobs being too dangerous, which by the way causes harm to the economy. You don't know what is fair and what is unfair. You don't know what is reasonable and unreasonable. This is why the populace of Equestria is a against you. You tried to play the judge, without having any restraints or jurisdiction. Getting to make the choice whether a pony is good or bad and should die or not, without any facts or evidence to prove your point. You know nothing of what being a judge is, and other ponies know that as well. I'm finished here. Don't expect anything more from me". Darkeye left the table, going outside. He was immediately flanked by his griffin bodyguard. "It is done". "Good". Suddenly Lasher lands in front of Darkeye. "Remember me?". "Oh buck me".

"Sorry. I did not mean to use the ancient speech, it just sortof slipped out. Anyway, vi. All these horrible things I have done can end. All of it. If you truly want what's best for the citizens of white poison, this is the best way to stop the attacks. You want your citizens safety, I want my citizens safety. Will you not put the formal law aside and listen to reason? This treaty will aid both of our nations." Elegron watched as darkeye left.
