Hello, I guess i should start by explaining a little bit about a pip buck.
 

A PipBuck is a miniature, portable, Terminal-like device issued to every inhabitant of a Stable once they are deemed old enough to start work, typically coinciding with a pony getting their cutie mark. They are worn on a foreleg, just above the hoof, and consist of a metal cuff with a screen. A blend of late-war magic and scientific advances, a PipBuck is able to monitor the wearer's health, personal inventory, and correspondence, and can be used as a reference when building, repairing, or attempting to interact with equipment or technology. PipBucks also have limited magical functions, such as the E.F.S. (Eyes Forward Sparkle), S.A.T.S. (Stable-Tec Arcane Targeting Spell), and the ability to automatically scan the wearer's surroundings to determine threats or terrain. It also includes a lamp, radio receiver, geiger counter, and a short-range transponder that can be used to track its location.

While incredibly durable, PipBucks are prone to performance degradation over time, much like computers in the human sphere of reference. Performing maintenance on a PipBuck requires specialized tools and expertise. Pipbucks are also locked in place (to prevent theft) and can only be removed with specialized tools.

Certain devices can be made to work with a PipBuck, while others were designed for it. The most common PipBuck peripheral is an audio recording. Another is StealthBuck, an invisibility spell extension which can be activated by the Pipbuck. Unorthodox combinations include setting turrets to identify targets off of EFS signal.

 

E.F.S.   Eyes Forward Sparkle. 

Eyes Forward Sparkle alters the sight of the PipBuck users which, when activated, changes the perception of nearby living creatures.

Any nearby life forms of a certain size (criteria unknown) will be assigned a color, either red or yellow. Red life-forms have been identified as hostile by the spell, while yellow indicates neutral or friendly lifeforms. The spell can occasionally identify lifeforms through walls and other solid matter.

Repair Assist

Repair Assist if a function of the Pipbuck which helps to determine which parts of a disassembled weapon are in best condition and might thus be suitable for reassembly into a higher quality weapon.

S.A.T.S.   Stable-Tec_Arcane_Targeting_Spell. 

S.A.T.S. is an advanced spell used to assist in combat. When activated, the spell causes the world to appear frozen in time allowing the user to gauge the situation in peace. The spell presents the percent chance of scoring a successful hit on various parts of the target's body and allows the user to line up multiple attacks. When the spell is released, all attacks are carried out automatically. After use, S.A.T.S. must be allowed to recharge for several seconds.

Nah, just kidding, I'm going to be playing as the lead villain here in this RP. As the Queen of the Changelings. Syannax is then name of her, She has the spell capabilities of most Unicorns but not all of them. She isn't a half-ling but a full blown Changeling Queen that is dominating all of Equestria, Only few spots have manage to keep pony kind alive but most reside in the large known city of the Crystal Empire. Void Crawler is secondary Villain, and Slash's newest half-ling OC is third.

Back Ground info on recent events that has happened.

As the changelings emerged from the unknown, Little is know about changeling strength through out Fallen Equestria, Shortly after the Mega-Spells the Changelings became Feral and attacked all sorts of ponies with out structure. After 200 years of the mega spells civilization has slowly came to be, a new changeling, naturally born female, has started her work on her own hive, based in the ruins of a town. As the changelings slowly grew, many joined for in the cause the New Queen had, others forced in or where executed for not showing their loyalty to her. Slowly this new Queen succumbed to evil of ruling a nation now unified as their own Colony. The sickness of Greed came and she started to want more and more for her Children to live and grow off of. As the years of this power and greed, she started to take a hold of raiders who lived off of killing and eating each other. Then started to take entire cities for their own. As the lands of Fallen Equestria slowly being grasped in the hoof of the Changeling Queen. Forces of the new hive are unknown. The only information they have on the Changeling Swarm is, 3 different types of Changelings that are known among them. Drones, Elites, Behemoths, and of course, their Queen, Syannax...
 

The Crystal Empire City/State (A.K.A. starting zone)

 

The Crystal Empire. During the war between the Zebras and Equestria, The Crystal Empire's ruler, Princess Cadence and Prince Shinning Armor had managed to keep the city/state out of the war. In the end of their rule both Princess Cadence and Prince Shinning Armor had both died, One of Radiation poisoning and the other of unknown. However, The Crystal Empire was the leader in Technology and Medicine. The Crystal Ponies here are healthy, they live like they use to, Unaffected by war. However, a small portion of Crystal City was blown apart by one of the Mega Spells in attempt to get them into the war by the zebras, which failed. However, signs and some guard pony stand guard out side of the small section of the blast zone. They are there to kill any Ghouls that are hostile, ones who came though peacefully where not killed. As you all know, Crystal City allows all races in, but denies changelings and has a protective barrier against them. Even a the tech to detect disguised changelings. The Crystal Empire has an army of its own, and it constantly is protecting Crystal City. No news of the Changeling swarm has come to Crystal City... yet...
