Yea it even has a mana shield generator for protection from energy weapons.

Perhaps a bit of both 

 

But i like it I was thinking of having chip with his own similar armor upstairs since he likes working on stuff and armor is a bit of necessity. It just would have a few plates every here and there. otherwise basic leather armor since he doesn't involve himself in close range combat.

Because Dashia is basically just that. A recolored version of Rainbow Dash.

She however doesn't share the personality or arrogant nature in the same way as RBD.

Idk if I was gonna use the leveling stuff, I was just gonna capitalize on the SPECIAL stats.

Well it makes the game more balanced knowing when certain things happen. Also if no leveling then skills and perks become useless.

That makes over half the app worthless and a waste of time on both the player's and gm's part. Many good perks require levels as a prereq.
