No. She was nursed back to health after being found in a weakened state, on a cloud, near Dashia's home. This took place in Dashia's childhood.

So Gentle was on a cloud in Enclave territory (which would make her the highest flying Breezie in history) after the megaspells and everything. So when she died, she now looks after the one who helped her in life?

The way I had envisioned it, She was visible only because her power was vanishing. Dashia found her and somehow wirh her mother's help nursed the poor dear back to full strength. She gave Dashsia her name and then disappeared after. Gentle has been helping Dashia ever sense. All the others are Gentle's friends.

Hmmm mind if I suggest just a few changes to that? I like it, though.

I had originally envisioned her as an elemental spirit that isn't normally seen. The breezie like form was just a descriptor. But I liked the idea. And had thought of a way to make it work. The breezies caught in the explosion, used all Their main magic to try and protect themselves, it worked but turned them into sprites as an after effect. They are technically still alive But they are now elementals of a sort.

When their magic gets weakened by some reason or another they become visable. They also feel as if they will effectively die if they can't recover.

That makes sense to me. The fluff in the game guide doesn't give much on exactly what the spirits are and I think that's partially intentional as it's best left up to interpretation. (In-universe and out.)

Being basically "ghost-ghouls" works for me. As I sort of hinted at, the Breezies already were linked to the wind in life so it would make sense that they would become it's literal manifestation in death.

My only major change to that story would be that her mother can't see Gentle Breeze but Dashia could. The idea being that the innocence of children allows them to see spirits but it has to be learned in adults.

Fixed my post to help better understand.

Ok that worked. Dashia had to talk her mother into helping her even though she couldn't see the little thing.

What do you think? Is a contract posible or has one already been formed in Ezekiel's eyes?

I know what a contract is, silly.  ^_^

Thing is, in the Fallout Equestria rules, wind or air spirits don't really add into weather controlling powers, they can increase agility which I guess could translate as her sort of ease when hovering or flying.

True in the smaller numbers but what happens when enough gather. Gentle just told you her kind all wishes to help. But because of a problem, they all can't without hurting her.

It's not a matter of number, the sprites are air spirits. The spirits that can cause weather effects are storm spirits, a totally different kind.

They can do something, that actually would fit well with your story though. When you get your power armor back? Ezekiel could bind all of them to it, increasing its weapons' rates of fire and making it lighter than a feather!

She has her power armor. Also Gentle said her kind. Not just wind sprites. But gm aproval required for all of it. For now just the ability to see them works. Could even remind her of that childhood innocence she once had as a trigger for it to activate.

Anything beyond that is gm approval only.

What'd you have in mind for this Grifter dude? I was thinking of having Crackshot be familiar with him, if that's cool with you :P

Well I wasn't planning on involving Ezekiel's quest at all. We are already pretty stocked up on stuff that's going to happen aren't we?

Oh yeah, but Fallout is jam-packed with side-quests, am I right? :P

And going to Dashia's patents does help with the main quest but is more of a side quest in my view.

Also have been thinking. When we get a hold of a blank memory orb for Dashia's the Pitt memory, we should all view it and gain the perks from it. What do yall think?

True but if Ezekiel's quest is ever going to be fulfilled, I'd rather it not get in the way of our main quest. It's like the companion quests from the games, you can do them, but they're not essential.

True, but if you do do them, you get cool upgrades and a sense of accomplishment/companionship :P

Working on a reply right now, hoping to get things moving and we'll be on our way! :D

How would you walk, how would you talk if you thought: "Three percent of the population likes classical music, if only we could get it up to four percent we'd be back in business and all our problems would be over." How would you walk, how would you talk if you thought: "Everybody loves classical music! They just haven't found out about it yet!" It's an entirely different world. It's what you make of it that counts.

I found an easy way to find out if you've inspired someone. If their eyes are shining, you know you're doing it!

Which Ezekiel would say you've already earned. Look I'm not adverse to the idea but I'd rather us take this one step at a time, and if the RP doesn't get to it's end, I don't want to be a contributing factor in bogging it down.

True, but never hurts to have a sidequest ready when things quieten down, right? :P

I guess you're right, but maybe Crackshot could keep this information to himself or not remember it for now? I'd rather the conversation continue as it was. Don't mind me and Dashia's dialogue, assume we're talking at different points in time.
