I've been getting more into writing fanfics, mainly MLP since it has such a deep pool of creativity to pull from.

I'm good with character and story concepts, so if you need help with a fanfic or something feel free to Private message me

But don't be hurt if I have to decline if I'm tapped out for a bit. Otherwise I'm fairly good at it just sometimes I have to let my mind subconsciously think of some ideas.

I wasn't sure if Chip should jump under the tank or just run. I chose run and hide behind rock since the tank being pulled apart would catch the shockwave and could run Chip over. or it can get lifted exposing him to the explosion

He can earn that later on, however does the fallout handbook thing have anything on temporarily enchanting weapons with say fire? I would allow it probably

Temporarily? No. Or maybe it does with "enchantment" but not spirit binding, which is what I do.

No because that's set alight with regular old gas and a lighter. This is about upgrading Ezekiel's sword with magic.

 

Although in the Equestria Wasteland and the "arcano-tech" the difference can be pretty academic at times.

 

That being said, Ezekiel would not slap a gas tank on Khalid, to do so would be sacrilege to him.
