Tyra leaned away as the blast struck the table next to her. She gave him a warning glare before returning to look at the other ponies.

She knew she should be congratulating him for helping them fight off the monsters, but now was not the time. This was a more dire situation.

 

Once this was taken care of, he will get his thanks.

 

She watched as Radiant limped over to more torture devices, and she quickly got up to follow and assist.

"Your leg is injured, my friend," she told him as she removed a pony from a device and propped them on her back, "I will assist you."

 

She returned and noticed Icarus drawing attention to one, paralysed from the neck down, and asking what they should do.

"We should help him leave, like the others," she told him sternly, "we can get him to a real hospital on the outside. I will carry him if I have to!"

Radiant set down the pony he was carrying next to the others and looked at Icarus with a upset look on his face "if it's impossible to cure then leave it up to him. If he wants me to do it then I will. If not we will try to carry him out but he will face a lot.of suffering with an injury like that." He said with a heavy heart.

We should help him leave, like the others," she told him sternly, "we can get him to a real hospital on the outside. I will carry him if I have to!"

 

Icarus nodded " Very few things can fix this, but I have an idea. If you do carry him out, keep his neck straight. I will fashion a brace, but you have to be very careful with him" Icarus said. He lent down and spoke to the hurt one. A Weak smile came across his face as Icarus spoke. After that he made a makeshift brace using parts from around the dungeon. 

 

He looked over to Tyra. " You carry him, and cheer him up a bit too if you can, his mind is in surprisingly good condition" Icarus noted.

 

He immediately went to work on the others.

caliber watched all the injured ponies with darkened eyes. they would be forever scared by what has happened to them here. and who's to say they even have family's on the outside? and the injured ones! the one paralyzed! how would he adjust to life? calibers hand flickered towards his sword, but he retrained himself. alls he knew is that if he was in their position, he'd wanna die. it just wasn't fair.

Blizzard then tries to get some real work, "Hmmm...*jumps up high and blasts a pony's chains in midair* aha! Don't worry I gotcha!" He then runs to the freed pony and puts him on his back, "Come on, that guy over there will be able to fix ya." He then trots to Icarus, "Yo doc I got one. He looks like his hooves were chained pretty tight, therefore preventing proper blood circulation within his body, he has a pulse but I don't know what to do. I'mma go see if I can get more guys."

Tyra nodded, listening to Icarus's instructions and watching him put a brace together. This was her duty; to get this pony out of this hell and to a real hospital.

"I swear to the gods above, this pony will see the light of day once more."

 

When Icarus was finished with the brace, she glanced down to the injured pony.

 

"Hello, my friend," she spoke softly.

The ex-slave grunted. "H-hello...are we leaving...?"

She nodded, smiling with a hoof to her chest. "Aye, I will make sure you get home."

He managed a smile. "Thank you, thank all of you..."

He continued to work with all of the ponies including the one that Blizzard gave him. He tried his best to talk and make them laugh as he worked on them. He was running low on medical supplies though. 

 

"Guys, we only have a few more left, but I need something to use as bandages and something to use with my suture kit" ICarus said, looking around the cell. Only a few more ponies to go, he would not let them down !

Blizzard then looked around the corner of the next tunnel, "Hehe, uh, so do we plan to take and protect these guys allllllll they way through more evil things that halfway killed us?! And to the exit? I wish there was an easier way, but heroes gotta do what heroes gotta do am I right?"

Radiant looked around the room for something to be used as bandages. He saw some banners hanging high up on the wall, that appeared at least twenty feet long. He limped over the wall under the banner and was able to grab the banner with his magic pulling it down. 

 

Radiant limped back over to Icarus with the banner setting it down next to Icarus "I hope this will work," he said as he heard Blizzard making a comment. "The plan being that Icarus will stay with the injured a small distance behind us, so they are safe from combat. Icarus will keep them comfortable and calm while us fighting will keep any enemies from passing us, if Icarus needs help we will quickly assist him.".

Tyra looked up and watched as Radiant tore down some banners to use as bandages. Clever.

 

She listened to his instructions and nodded, then spoke up.

"I will stay behind as well, it would not do this one to be up in front and in the face of danger. Perhaps if more danger arises, Icarus or Blizzard can hold onto him for as long as I am needed?" She looked to the two ponies in question.

 

Remembering her little promise to herself, she looked to Blizzard.

"I must say, you helped us quite well back there. You have proven you are more than just a braggart."

Soon, Icarus finished. He stood up, and helped several of the wounded ponies to their hooves. "We are all good to go" He said, putting them all together in a group. Icarus slowely put his mask back on, but not without the glint of tears going down his cheeks to be let out. 

 

"We need to get them all out so I can give them  proper service and treatment" he hefted his crossbow and looked to them" Stay behind me, and follow us to salvation" He said.

Radiant looked back at Tyra "I would much rather have you up front with us, we can set him down before we enter any more rooms. If Icarus calls for help Blizzard can teleport himself and Caliber back to Icarus  to assist him." He said looking back at the two, he returned his gaze to Tyra "I won't force you to abandon the word you gave him though."

Blizzard was happy, "Thanks Tyra, I try to come through and do my best whenever I can. Nothing upsets me more than seeing my friends or innocent ponies in serious danger. That's why I was itching to get back in the fight, even though Radiant told me to rest up. I sometimes don't even care about myself, as long as my friends can get through you know?" He then heard Radiant's battle plans, "Got it sir!"

Tyra nodded to Blizzard, secretly happy that they actually had something in common.

She listened to Radiant's instructions, and looked back down to the injured pony.

 

"Would this suit you, friend?" She asked.

"Wh-whatever it takes," he managed to answer, "just, do what you have to do."

 

She nodded, and as carefully as she could, propped him onto her back.

"Very well," she answered Radiant, "I am ready to leave now. My thanks for your understanding."

Radiant looked over the group as well as all the ponies they saved. "Well I guess let's continue then, it looks like our next destination is down that hallway." He said pointing his hoof toward another corridor.

 

Radiant helped up the ponies that were to weak to get up on their own hooves. "Alright let's go." he said limping forward toward the corridor.

Blizzard was right behind Radiant with eagerness, "I'm ready! Let's go! Time to pound more bad guy face! Everypony ok so far?  You ok Radiant? Ready to pound more face? With the way you are, I'm sure you'll go all the way to win, no matter how messed up you are. Am I right?"

Loud microphonics could be heard from speakers and voice started panicked started "They are geting closer!" hitting and pushing button could be heard thru the speakers "This,and this what if i do this..." voice started.Red lantern started to flicker in corridor up ahead "....that is good and this" loud explosion could be heard from room up ahead "And now you are locked in.HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.So lets talk about your surrendering..."

Tyra nodded, and turned to Icarus. "I will leave this pony here and move on ahead with Radiant, to make sure it is safe."

 

Letting the doctor carefully remove the injured pony from her back, the puny powerhouse trotted on, catching up to Radiant and staying at his side.

She noticed his limp. "You are also injured, friend. Do not exert yourself, allow me to do most of the fighting, if any needs to be done."

As heroes steped in dark corridor in edge of room,they could see ligh of next room.It wasnt pleasent look,floor was covered in blood.And on the wall there were bloody weapons.This was test chamber.In this chamber prisoners where tested on extreme heated metal.And once prisoner get in there,there death was sure.
At this moment testing was in progres and our heroes could hear screms of test prisoner.Sudonly voice over speakers started yelling "Continue testing in chamber 16.We need information.Anny available guards stop escaped prisoners in corridor A2.1.Hehe.Now you are going to get it..." Molten dogs from room up ahead have come to door so our heroes cant pass in next room.

"*cracks neck and flexes* Well, time to pound some face in! Orders Radiant? Just tell us what to do sir!" Blizzard charged himself up as he saw the bad guys, he checked behind him to make sure Icarus and the wounded were safe. "Come on Radiant what's the deal? Whaddya we do?"

Radiant looked at the dogs blocking their way as he pulled three of his swords out. "We save those in trouble, right now we have the choke point so simple enough just don't let them by. Blizzard you support from a range and make sure none get by us. Tyra up front with me, you to caliber if you're good to fight." Radiant commanded as he sent his swords ahead cutting down several dogs.

Tyra nodded at Radiant's instructions, glaring daggers at the dogs ahead of them.

 

"Aye," she growled, grabbing her axe and preparing to battle, "but do not exert yourself, you are injured also."

 

As soon as Radiant sent his swords out, Tyra galloped ahead, practically roaring as she hacked and slashed through each molten dog in her way. She would show this enemy no quarter for what they've done.

Blizzard was ready, "Yes sir! Ice Grenade going out! *boom shiing* Some are frozen over there! Take them out!" One dog seemed to have made its way quickly to Blizzard, "Ice punch hiya! Shattering drop kick! Get outta my face." Blizzard continued to freeze as many as he could to make it easier for his teammates to destroy them.

Loud screams could be heard from next room.Voice over speakers started "O i so love it when they point and screme.Like pointing will help.." voice started to laugh,and huge bang could be heard through speakers "I'm good.I'm good.Just my chair broke off.I'm going to get a new one,and scentest in chamber 16 begin with phase two molten metal.I want to see how it react with skin." loud microphonics could be heard from speakers as the voice ended his sentence.

Radiant heard whoever was speaking on the loud speaker say something about molten metal and skin. He became even more infuriated as he lowered two of his swords To his sides casting his armor. "Dammit I won't let you get away with this!" he yelled charging forward at the dogs.

 

As he rimmed his way through the dogs they were being cut down by Radiant's swords. Once Radiant was through the crowd of dogs he dispelled his armor with half of the dogs dead behind and he looked forward to see who was behind this torture.
