Blizzard decided to speed up the process, "Come on guys, let's see what the heck's going on there!" Blizzard then proceeds to kick the door to the next room. "Ugh it's not budging. I'll freeze the door and we can smash through it to find out what's going on behind there." Blizzard freezes the door, "Tyra, you're the physically strongest, you think you can bust it down?"

Upon hearing the voice on the speakers, Tyra's attacks became more and more fuelled by her rage. You would nearly expect her axe hilt to snap from how hard her teeth bore into it.

 

With almost no effort thanks to her anger, she cut through every single dog in her way, and finished the last one with a heavy downward slash, practically roaring from the effort.

Her coat was slightly spotted by black burns, but she didn't notice, nor would she care if she did.

 

"I will spill every drop of this monster's blood myself!" She snarled, stomping to Radiant's side.

 

She watched Blizzard attempt to break down the next door, and watched it freeze over.

She simply shook her head. "Nay. I know I can."

 

She returned her axe to its harness and galloped for the door, slamming into it shoulder first. A few powerful strikes were enough to send the brittle door crashing down.

Blizzard was thrilled by their teamwork, "Wow! Alright Tyra! Nice teamwork! Now we can find out what's going on behind there." Blizzard went in and saw a captured pony. "Woah, you look like you could use some help. Don't worry, I gotcha." Blizzard freezes and breaks the prisoners chains and brings him out. "He looks like he could use some help Icarus." He said as he put the prisoner next to the doctor and returned to the others, "Great teamwork! This team goes together like peanut butter and honey! Now time to start the drill. *activates drill* Ok now we can get to the other side. Everypony ready? Or do we wanna regroup for a bit?"

Tyra nodded to Blizzard, agreeing that their combination was indeed effective. She assisted him in freeing more prisoners and bringing them to Icarus for any treatment they might have needed.

 

She turns and notices Blizzard turning on some kind of drill device.

"Where did that come from?" She muttered, cocking an eyebrow.

Icarus gathered all the prisoners that he had been given, and looked over their wounds. Over time, he eventually managed to help all of the ones he could. "Stay behind me guys, let these heroes get us out of here" Icarus said. He helped keep everyone calm, and after talking to some of the ponies, they would crack a slight smile, as he reassured them things would be all right.,

Radiant walked back to Icarus and the injured while Tyra and Icarus handled watching the drill. 

 

He soon reached them all "Alright we can now move forward, so please let's go." He said walking up to the injured helping a few to their feet. Radiant walked up to the crippled pony who seemed afraid of Radiant, possibly because Radiant said he would end his suffering if he chose. "Need not worry, i'll make sure you make it out of here. Just try and stay strong through all of this." He said picking up the crippled pony setting him on his back.

 

Radiant returned to the room with Icarus and the injured.

Blizzard was trying to take it in stride, "Whoohoo alright! Whenever you're all ready guys, let's go through this tunnel." He turned to Tyra, "I don't know, it seems like an archeological excavation decice or A.E.D for short. but why would an AED be down here? As if somepony knew we'd make it! That evil mare probably knew we'd be here! We should keep moving."

Tyra nodded in agreement, her anger with the mare still not subsiding.

 

"Aye, we must press on, get these prisoners to safety, and finish off that witch once and for all!" She snarled, glaring at nothing in particular.

 

She looked up to the drill. "Can you operate this device? If not, I am certain I could punch through the wall instead!" She punched her hooves together, getting herself psyched up.

Caliber was right beside them. "I agree. I wanna skin her, and burn her nailed to the wall." caliber said. They looked at him. "Or just killing her works, too." he took a look at the drill. "Considering my luck, I could probably make this work." he climbed into it. The key wasn't in it, so he just stuck his sword into the place the key goes. It started right up! He started pressing buttons, and by sheer luck, He started the drill, and broke through the wall.

Radiant set down the crippled pony with the other injured ponies. Once the pony was off his back he walked up to the wall as the machine drilled through the stone. "Well that's not loud at all, we need to be ready for a battle when this machine opens up a tunnel into any possible chamber." He said continuing to watch the machine.

Tyra blinked as she watched the machine go to work, tearing through the stone like paper.

 

"May we not use this machine as a weapon?" She suggested, glancing up to Radiant, "It is certainly destructive enough!"

 

Her ears went back as the noise of machinery and drilling pierced them. "And loud enough..."

Radiant pondered Tyra's question for second, "If someone wants to try to steer it whenever we reach another chamber feel free. It's fairly slow so I'm not sure how effective it might be against small dogs." he replied as the the drill revealed a light at the end of the tunnel.

 

Radiant charged forward into the tunnel "Time to see what we revealed." He said as he entered the tunnel removing his swords from his bag.

 

Radiant exited the tunnel and scanned the room seeing near a hundred dogs in the room all heading to investigate the drill until they saw Radiant beginning to charge him. He looked to his right and saw a monstrosity beside him activating. "Crap, i need to get him away from the tunnel," Radiant turned back to the tunnel yelling back to his group "I'm going further in! there's a monstrosity in here that we need to get away from the tunnel!"

 

Radiant cast his armor even though he was reaching his limit. He ran up to the beast slashing his swords at it to grab its attention and began running to the other side of the room with the monstrosity behind him.

Blizzard was ready and charged behind Radiant, "I'm right behind ya Raid!" Blizzard then charged into the next room to find more big ones, "Woah no. Ok Radiant what do we do this time? Same plan as before or do you have something else in mind?" He charges himself up and prepares to take on the bad guys and awaited Radiant's orders.

Tyra perked up at Radiant's new information, and she grabbed her axe and followed him into the next room.

She began hacking and slashing through any dog in her way, in attempt to catch up to Radiant, who looked incredibly weakened with his armour activated.

 

"Allow me to help," she yelled to him, once she was at his side, "You are badly weakened, who knows what may happen!"

Radiant continued luring the monstrosity away from the tunnel "Worry about the dogs for now, they're yours. If this thing is near the tunnel it could collapse it and we lose the injured and Icarus!" He yelled to Tyra as he reached the drill.

 

Radiant leaped up on the drill dispelling his armor "Blizzard I need you to Ice this thing's chest plate!" He commanded still striking the monstrosity.

 

Radiant cut down any dogs that tried climbing up after him.

Blizzard was ready, "Alright sir! Gimme some cover! Concentrated Ice Blast!" He begins to blast the big one continuously, "I got him pinned, but hurry and take him out! I don't wanna strain myself like last time and end up being unable to fight alongside you guys." Blizzard does his best to focus and blast the big one as he awaited the assist from his teammates.

Tyra nodded and turned right around, sprinting toward the dozens of dogs coming after the trio. Bellowing a battle cry, she turned her head and begun swinging at them.

This reminded her of the battle at the city, only this time she would not go down.

 

Never again.

 

Heads and limbs of the molten beasts flew everywhere as she went to town on them, cutting each and every one up in every way imaginable.

"You demons will not best me a second time!" She declared, swinging and kicking at them, "Give me all that you have!"

acting fast, caliber jumped, and ran across the heads of the molten dogs, towards the big-guy. he launched himself towards it, and did his signature spin attack in its chest. his attack drained him, again, but not so much that he cant fight. he turned around, as the machine began to malfunction, and shaking, and attacked the nearest molten dog.

Blizzard said to Caliber, "Good hit! It's weakened Caliber! Somepony hit it again and that'll take him down. Hurry! I've only got enough stamina and strength to do this freezing attack to the other big one. And if I'm lucky, I won't tire myself out by then, and I'll still be able to help. But for now, take out the first big one."

Radiant saw Caliber moving in to attack the monstrosity and watched him attack the chest plate. His sword was able to greatly damage the chest plate, from the beast's movements Radiant determined Caliber grazed the core but didn't destroy it. Radiant levitated his blades into the chest plate and cut around inside hitting the core. The monstrosity begun falling forward "Blizzard don't worry about an ice dome just clear the area! you two Caliber!" Radiant commanded as he jumped off the drill machine and ran back toward Tyra to assist her.

caliber grinned. "thanks!" it was clear that he was greatly enjoying himself. this is when he's happiest. he saw radiant cut into the machine, and heard him say something about evacuating. 'pshaw, ill just use a meat shield.' caliber thought, as he jumped back, and raised a dead lava dog.

Blizzard however, wasn't waiting to be told twice, "Moving! I'm am so not getting in that thingumajig's way!" Blizzard created a small ice wall that covered only himself, which was convenient, since it was small, it wouldn't strain him at all. "Ooh no, what's gonna happen?!"

Loud microphonic could be heard from spekers "Ok,I have finaly found chair...So lets see did you die yet." pushing of buttons could be heard "No..no..no.Waith what?!What are you doing there,how did you pass broken coridor?!" voice started to panic "Kill them,kill them!All rush there position.They cant get ou of this room alive!Im going to take my suit,just in case..."loud microphonic could be heard as the spikers turned off.

And in our heroes room,evry dog started runing at them...

caliber listened to the loudspeaker. "all forces, huh? perfect, lets take 'em all out," he charged into them, taking them out.. he was thoroughly enjoying himself. even to the point that his eyes had a sort of hunger to them...he even started to laugh a little.

Tyra continued to cut through the army of molten dogs, screaming and yelling at them to come at her.

As she overheard the angry mare's voice berating them over the loudspeaker, a smirk crept over her face.

 

"More of you beasts are coming?!" She yelled as she beat down more dogs, "Good, I was beginning to get bored!"

 

She hacked and slashed through more dogs, feeling the slightest tingle from drops of lava on her coat.

She didn't care; she was too fired up to do anything but fight.

 

She glanced over and saw Radiant had joined her.

"Just like the city, am I right friend?"
