Blizzard, once again, tried to clean up the conversation, "Okay guys, great. All we need to do now, is put our plan into action, so that we can keep moving!" He turned to Ticktock, "Sounds like a plan, dude. Is there anything in specific that you want the rest of us to do?"

Ticktock shock his head "Nop nothink vital just keep an eye out i get a really bad vibe from this place like there is something more to all this then meets the eye.

 

Meanwhile Dark threw the sheath at the siren "Do you mind holding this for a few minutes while we trap you in it please." To which Ticktock face palmed

Seeing Tyra's anger Ticktock went over to her "Dont worry he gets like that... a lot, he has a god complex. Also chear up think of it this way you have spent barely two hours with him where as i have had to live with him in my head for four years now. And as for why the cage wouldnt work the reason is that it isnt as simple as trapping it in a place it cant escape but a matter making sure it can never escape that is why we trap it inside an object just like Dark was trapped in a crystal but if it makes you feel any better we can still use the cage to make sure the siren doesnt escape the spell."  

 

Tyra glanced up at Ticktock as he walked to her and tried to console her.

"The cage would be sturdy enough," She argued, still upset about Dark's treading over her plan, "At least until we trap it in...whatever it is you plan to trap it in."

 

She perked up at his other notion, and nodded in compliance. "Very well, what will you have me do?"

"Well" Ticktock began "I need you to make a cage and put it on the siren trapping it inside."

 

Dark laughed "Are you really going to trust somepony as stupid and Shatterhoof to make a cage?"

 

Ticktock began to speak anger in his voice "Yes i do and she has a name which is Tyra and to be honest that is rich coming from the guy  who litterally gave the siren what we needed to trap her so why dont you go stick your stupid plans up your big, fat royal ass!"

caliber watched dark inspect his sheath, and then throw it at the siren.

 

"wow, not even im that idiotic. you cant just expect it to hold it, now that it knows what we're gonna use it for."

 

he sighed. "and i dont intend on handing my sword over to use it for the spell, either."

"I fell like a third wheel here...." Siren started,as the other more agrue in betwene them self,then actuly fighting in this tower "...But at list evrything is stil going acording to plan." At this point siren was board,as he did noting and yet our heroes were stoped in there tracks.

Blizzard was thinking for a while about what to do, "Ok, does anyone have a better idea that could potentially, I don't know, work? That siren, is just sitting there, laughing at us right now. Does anypony have an idea? Maybe I could freeze it? Come on, tell me something, guys."

"Aye, and you have little to say when a Shatterhoof assisted in your downfall," Tyra added, feeling nothing but contempt for the evil spirit, "So hold your black tongue, before I cut it out myself. At least I am competent enough to not hoof over what we needed to trap the Siren to the Siren!"

 

She turned her attention back to Ticktock, and put a hoof to her chest with a nod.

"I will build this cage, and I will not let you down!" She proclaimed, then proceeded to dash toward the door.

"So, while she does that, we just stall him more than he's already stalled us?" Caramel asked the others, a little annoyed--mostly with her inability to do anything about the situation. "Because he's probably just doing that, judging by the fact he hasn't attacked us at all yet." She glanced at the siren. "I'm going to try to calmly shoot it. Anyone have objections?" she didn't bother to lower her voice. She was a good enough shot that she could tell that even if the siren resorted to teleportation, she could hit it. Probably.

Ticktok rolle his eyes "Am i the only one who is fonding this waiting hard to do? you know while we're waiting to get all the stuff we need i am just going to stand next to the siren and stab it over and over again since it doesnt seem to care." Ticktock then grabbed his sword with his magic and began to stab the Siren over and over again.

As Ticktock closed in on siren,it looked at him with his dark red eyes and smailed at Ticktock "Do you fell the chill litle one?" And as he said it Ticktock hooves forze solide on ground,siren started again "Lets see how will you dodge this one." Siren moved litle to the right and one long thorned vine rushed right at Ticktock,and Ticktock could not move,and his onli chance of survive would be if some one would deflect or destroy this vine before it reached him.

Ticktock laughed "You know that would scard me if not for one thing. Do you want to know what that is?..." Ticktock smirked and pointed at his horn and he then teleported behind the siren. Eventhough Ticktock ad not said it there was a part of him that was scard about the hole thing.

"Now you die." Siren started as he picked up Ticktock from flore "This will be all ower soon." Thorn vine turned around again in Ticktock wave,and siren trowed Ticktock at thorn vine.Vine wrapped around Ticktock hoove,and as vine moved around Ticktock hoove it thornes pierced the skin and litle bloode started driping from the wounds on Ticktock hoove.

Ticktock smirked "I'd like to see you try you over grown fish!" However as Ticktock was about to teleport away he felt a searing pain below him. He looked down and saw and saw the thorny vines creeping up his legs "Ahh! stop p...p...please just stop." Pleaded Ticktock almost crying.

Blizzard could not believe what was happening. Ticktock was being held against his will, crying, all while him and his team were just standing around not doing much of anything, "Let him go!" Ice shouted, "Let him go right now or I swear to Celestia, I'll beat the hell out of you!"

"tick, did you forget that you have a sword?" caliber asked, half irritated, as he streaked past him and sliced the vines surrounding in one move. 

 

"honestly, do you even keep mind of your surroundings?" caliber grabbed him and dragged him back from the vines.

Ticktock took the vines that had wapped around his hoofs off and winced in pain "Well i am sorry if i was in too much pain to use magic next time i will not be in so much pain how does that sound?" Ticktock then got the top piece of his suit , ripped it and tied the pieces around his bleeding hoofs to stem the bleeding.

Blizzard was relieved that his friend Ticktock was ok, "Just apply pressure onto that for a while Ticktock, and let us handle this guy. And yeah, like Cal said: Next time, use your sword and just cut the thing."

 

He turned back to the rest of his team, "We can't just stay here forever! Come on, guys!"

After not too long, a large cage was pushed into the room. The wooden frame and thick vines wiring around it made it seem like a rather sturdy contraption, that could hold nearly anything put into it.

 

Behind it was Tyra, shoving the cage toward the others.

"Behold, I have built a cage for the creature!" She declared, beaming proudly.

"Fast!" Caramel said cheerfully as Tyra came in. She hadn't shot her arrow, for fear of shooting Ticktock--now she did, to stall the siren as she spoke again. "Blizzard--pony Blizzard--freeze the siren! Now!" She lifted the cage easily with her telekinesis, and maneuvered it easily through the air towards the siren. She couldn't have it dodge. "Ready?!" she called.

Cage flyed true the air towered the siren,striking it and pushing it on the other side of the wall."Well my work here is done I see...." Siren said with dark smailon his face "...I thinked boss toyed around with some week pawn.But you are some what good." Vines from wall started wraping around the siren as he talked "But still you will be broken like the others..." And with lest work vines wraped all around siren,and draged him back in wall.He was no were to be seen in this room anny more,and our heroes were good to go to the second floore.

"Well" Said Ticktock "If that isnt cheating i dont know what is. Anyway let's keep going." With that Ticktock began to walk up the stairs quickly followed by Dark "You  know Ticky if you were to give me temporary control of your body until I can get a complete one when could take out Scarlett of our own and be heroes. How does that sound?" Ticktock rolled his eyes "Never going to happen Dark."

When the Siren was gone, the opportunity to continue forward was easily visible. Blizzard took the opportunity, and shouted, "Well what are we standing around here for? Let's get going, guys! This tower isn't gonna inpect itself through and through on its own!"

"...yeah, lets." caliber picked up his sword sheath from the ground, glaring daggers at dark.

 

he was wondering why someone who would boast their intelligence, ask for a container, and then just make an idiotic move with it once they get it?

 

throwing his sword sheath after asking for something like it just....made him look dumb. maybe he's trying to trip up the mission?

Caramel followed Blizzard, beaming that the plan had worked. Well, sort of. "We need to get going. We stayed way too long with that siren." Caramel said, trying to sound upbeat. She was silent for a moment as they continued onward, then commented on something that had been troubling her. "Listen, guys... we can probably expect a fight when we get to the top of the tower. We'll have to be in top shape. I'm going to be trusting you guys to watch your back." She paused. "Yeah, that's it. Dunno where I was going with that one. Glad the siren's gone for now, though."
