I didn't do that intentionally. I created Tinker own my own without looking at any other OCs. While Tinker and Lektra look similar, there are a few differences. Also, Tinker's personality is basically a carbon copy of mine, so... Maybe my own personality is coincedentally like Lektra's?

Lightning magic, reclusive/introvert inventor, care about friends more than self, magitech/mechanical artificial wings,... Those are what I've found so far. But I wonder how they would interact with each other though. There might be some interesting scenes with them when they finally meet each other.

Basically all of that. I think this is a bad idea. I like that Storm didn't blatantly clone the backstory, but there seems to be too much similar to be a coincidence. Really don't mean to be rude. Maybe copying wasn't the intention. Correct me Storm?

Copying wasn't the intention at all. As I said before, I hadn't read Lektra's CS until after I had finalized Tinker's backstory and that's the truth. He had been mulling the idea over and over in my head for days, wondering what traits to pick from me to put into Tinker.

So the groups are if I'm reading this right:

1: Native Luna, pony Lektra, Starchase and Amber

2: Native Lektra with Ice.

 

That seems imbalanced. Maybe someone should move to group 2. Amber or Starchase? I think you said Luna should go in group 2, but then group 1 wouldn't have a guide so the two natives who know their way around the school to lead the others would be in the same group. Also Ice I guess who had been there a while, but human Lektra would know where her classroom would be too. She and Luna need to be in separate groups to lead the others by the look of things?

 

I realize it became imbalanced after I took Caliber out. You can settle it in-character, though. Just have someone say "Hey, someone else come with me!"
