Well there's still a chance this won't work out. If the rolls determine rift will go back to attacking amore. If the brother does succeed then the two will still have to figure out a way to make the battle look legit otherwise both might be killed. So may result in them resuming the fight.

Because rift has never lost a fight and the way I'm portraying his personality it would be known he'd never throw a fight

All he can say is he will assist with the bandit village but he doesn't intend on helping with tirek. Lucky he doesn't just turn on you and leak all this info to tirek. I'd suggest a little more discretion when it comes to their goal.

 

Also I don't think the group had chosen to actually take down tirek. It's something they want to see happen and strider sees it as a goal but it hasn't been discussed with the group

Well rift is on Amore's side plus no death in RP threads unless approved by the player in question.

 

He believes going after tirek is stupid but he will help amore in what she's doing in the city since she says she can help his brother and him with a life his brother wants. so long as he gets that fight of a lifetime like she said. 

 

Once she responds he will knock her out with the flat of his blade if approved by you. Amore will be carried out and will almost be rejected from the city until Rift vouches for her, that her skill is good and that's why he left her alive. 

 

Does your shapeshift fade on unconsciousness?

 

 

I never make situations impossible unless it's plot relevant, for now Red and Reaver want Amore to be able to join for the information gathering so that's the outcome no matter what

As long as the spell is in play she retains the false vampire form. The spell is called Bite of the Vampony. It is similar to Bite of the Wolf or werewolf from Dungeons and dragons. However it is only a 3rd level spell.

 

This one is Illusion while the bite spells are transmutation. Bite spells last for one hour a caster level, in dnd. However that was too Long of a timer.

 

She has 20 minutes before her illusion spell ends.

 

She also has the form she took before. As long as she has the love energy within to maintain the shapeshift she can maintain it indefinitely.

 

Also the true Vampomy form was the bite spell. She doesn't use them often and this spell may not be seen again.

Alright so what will you do? Mind if you still bite him to take control he may end up turning on you once the ability is over, and with everything you revealed he could easily get tirek after the group if he turns on you.

 

He can either knock amore out or if she wants to usee illusion magic to.make it look like shes dead or unconscious then that's up to you.

 

He is revered in the city so he can keep her in the ranks and he will still assist with information.

Well he's on board just not for being bite or being enthralled. His actual conscious information would probably be far more helpful then what blood could offer. And the bandits may not take kindly to the fact that amore would be controlling him(a huge revered pony in the city) if they go with that ploy.

 

All that's really needed is a way out of the arena either a throw of the fight or a cause that means neither can continue and he won't be willing to toss the fight.

For the record, Reaver and Red have officially made me an equal level DM here so I'm going to try and push things along here.

 

So I don't know what's going on with the delay. 

 

I've given you the best way out of this with very few consequences and even then I'm limiting to just a single outcome. You can attempt whatever you want, if you want to bite him he will defend himself. If he willingly pretends to be controlled then you may have bandits attacking you for controlling one of their most revered bandits. 

 

Either way I'll work with whatever you throw at me and I can most likely bring it back to Amore being able to join the ranks so she can learn information and accept a job to earn whichever leader's trust.

 

I'll give one more day for Amore's response/action whatever it may be, just think out what kind of possible outcomes an action might bring onto Amore and/or the group. 

 

If Amore doesn't respond within this time, I will take over the battle and Rift will just knock her out. Once she awakens she will be in the medical bay with a chance to join whichever leader. This will be the best action for Amore to accept especially with all she revealed to Rift.

Another note I might use dice to decide what she does out of all the actions she can take. So she could end up killing rift, biting him and controlling him (in that case the whole city may come after Amore and Radiant will have to jump in), she could end up with the safe route which is accepting Rift's help(which even this has a risk if not played out safely, it could end in Rift's execution for helping amore if she is discovered to be a spy. If that happens Rift's brother may end up becoming a vengeful assassin ).

 

Everything should have some level of risk, no fun if a Campaign is just a walk through the park without ant presentable danger.

Yes I am thinking of giving Caliber's name as the fighter.

My original though was to have Rift help with the Forces of Tirek. Not Tirek himself. The forces would give him the fight he wants.

I don't think we're doing a ranking of sword ponies, caliber brags of being fourth but that back from when Equestria was ruled by ponies. The only thing known for sure is Rift is top in the city, at least one of the top fighters

Still in comparison how would Caliber fair against him.

All comes down to rolls, all characters and enemies are balanced with a custom built CR depending on who/what they are facing.

So any melee character should fair well except for maybe red since she's more a rogue build

Okay. So Caliber gets to put his sword where his mouth is. She will mention his name. Also what is the percentage chance of Amorè using pure Vampony(Changeling) strength to imbeding his sword into the ground.

 

For all her magic, She had to have some kind of fighting skill that she uses when magic isn't going to work.

 

Hoof to Hoof with the love energy increasing her strength and endurance. An enhancement enchantment effect.

 

I loved an idea given to me by a friend. Hive Chrysalis mastered the channeling of love energy, so as to be most efficient in its use. They had no hive specialty but could make use of love energy to do Just about anything.

 

She would channel the energy into her physical strength and endurance to bring her hoof to Hoof fighting to a master's level.

 

This will use about 25% of her current love stores. And she will be fatigued afterwards. What it will do is draw the match.

Alright is she in vampony form right now? because I know reaver and red are reconsidering the fact that she gets physical benefits of forms because the Changling magic category more so encompasses Illusion magic. 

 

Either way she would also have to beat out his strength as well since he is holding it so it comes down to rolls. I'd say D&D based stats his str would be 18 while amore being so magical based would be either 13/14 +2 if vampony grants benefits
