Music makes of the MLP fandom: What music making software do you use?

I am looking into creating some simple tunes and I have no idea what softwear to get and where to start!

 

I know there are many talented musicians on his forum and was just wondering what you guys use and why !

Logic Pro X. It's a very simple, easy-to-learn DAW. Problem is though, it's Mac-only. So if you don't have a Mac, that's out of question. :/

 

I'd say FL Studio if you have Windows. FL Studio is by far the easiest-to-learn/use DAW.

I'm a guitarist, so don't really use DAW's too much, but I do have Ableton Live, which is a great DAW and works on Windows & Mac.

 

You can get VST's like Kontakt and get symphonic plugins if classical is your taste, or go with VST's like massive if Brostep/Electronic is more your thing. It is a nice all rounder from what i've seen.

 

My only issue being that it can crash under load, so save every now and again
