~ Dr. Ocsid ~ 690 May 30, 2015 Share May 30, 2015 When Tirek swallowed Discord´s magic last episode, we were probably all surprised by how little Tirek´s power grew by doing this. One would think he would be as omnipotent as Discord after that. But he wasn´t. On another note, in a more recent episode, saw Discord´s home. Now look at the background of it. It does bear some similarity with the stream of magic flowing from Discord´s mouth to Tirek´s, doesn´t it? So what if that stuff wasn´t actually his magic, but rather his pocket dimension from the outside? Therefore, he must draw his powers from that pocket dimension, or something contained in it, and since Tirek couldn´t find a way in, he didn´t become omnipotent. But how did the mailpony get in then? 1.It wasn´t inside the mailpony himself, which makes it much easier to access. 2.Mailpony magic. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would like to believe that Discord's magic is limitless since he is the spirit of chaos. True, but what I meant is Tirek's size-changing effect when he is swallowing magic. If he can absorb it, it doesn't mean he can use it ofc, but we have all seen he has grew bigger which means he must have stolen some of Discord's magic. But, you do have a point with the background in that dimension looking like the Magic Tirek sucked out of him. That dimension could very well be filled with chaos magic/energy.
