Banned because I actually Have started meditating recently and Im not gonna lie, it is doing me more good then my shrink has and I have known him for the past 13 or so years ... I do mine a different way thou, I get my mp3 player and a set of earphones and just lay down on my bed with the light off and just lose my thoughts, Im surprised how much that has helped out

 

Unbanned because I love sharing images to other people and crediting the creators as well ... it gives this page a bit more character to it as well :P
