There are very few objects that move at such high speeds. If we required things to go that fast to give out penalties, there would be a ton of traffic accidents. We had a higher speed limit before, and all it led to was hefty taxes on all the members of hell in order to pay for the repairs done to the highway every few days due to accidents. No one was happy with that system. So we lowered the speed limit to a reasonable speed, and made the punishment clear. No one has objected since it has been implemented.

However, we could lower the speed limit to 66.6 MPH, if you would prefer that.
