Banned because Scouts that are boys are just Scouts, and Scouts that are girls are just Scouts - this is how it should be.

however oddly, girls that were formerly scouts without being Scouts are now girlguides, and boys cannot be girlguides because they are not girls. This is confusing but apparently ALSO how it should be, because positive discrimination is fine.
