Banned because I'm talking Simcity 4, and NAM is a mod for it, and I can identify that exact road network.

 

Also, my theory on the strange train phenomenon is the False Intersection for the TLA-7 median was in close proximity with a train station lot that was generating train station automata, and considering the FI has a Railroad-based constituent, it may have been a valid place plop a big ol' honkin' train engine.

 

Then again, it might've generated on the AVE-6 outer part (specifically, the perpendicular TLA cross-turn path), and if so, how would Train automata register a Car path as a valid area to plop a big ol' honkin' train engine?

Because Pinkie Pie accidentally sabotaged the NAM's coding that determines valid placing areas for big ol' honkin' train engines last time you showed her around the computer.
