Snowdrop eyes

can someone tell me what is the thing about snowdrop eyes she said she can see the stars and the spring but she can mage a snowflake , is she blind why did she say that and why does she have the eye all blue even the iris is blue

She is blind, yes, and I think you meant "pupil" not "iris"

The pupil being blue is supposed to show that her eyes aren't functional. Same goes for Toph from Avatar.
