Custom tail bones messed up in Source!

Hello everypony!

So over the course of 3 weeks, I've been working on a Fily Celestria (namely a custom mane and tail) model but when I compiled it yesterday the tail looked like this:

I think you agree it is not ment to look like that, just for reference sake here's what it looks like in Blender,

I've tried everything I could think of to get this working: redone the bone assignments numorous times, I've tried changing the ragdoll and physmodel to one with the long tail, I even removed 2 bones from the tail (originally 5 bones in it)! All with no avail... I even considered recreating the QC file but decided against it because I doubt that fix it...

 

So any help will be appriciated!
