Twilight's Horn

I have been determined to learn Photoshop, I am finally coming to an understanding with this god forsaken program. I will get good at it even if I have to learn it one horn at a time!

Oh I know it can be a great program, what I hate about it is the weird hotkey setups and just general quirkiness,

it doesn't follow any of the standards that other art programs use, which makes it hard to change back and forth

from Illustrator which I use frequently, to Photoshop which is set up ENTIRELY differently, down to the most basic

undo/redo functions. Have to rebind and relearn everything.

 

/rant.

 

But I'm figuring it out, finally XD

Yeah I know but it's easy to learn once you start working with Adobe programs casually. According to Adobe themselves the default hotkeys are chosen to optimize your workflow but you can change them if you want to.

Im fine with Illustrators setup, something about Photoshop annoys me tho, but it's too powerful a tool not to learn really.

As I find keys I frequently need, I just bind them to my G13 or G600, I got enough buttons at my fingertips just push my keyboard aside now XD

Photoshop can be really tricky and I'm not really a fan of the pen tool in general but it looks like you have got it down pretty nicely. It looks like Twilight's horn is drawn quite nicely in your style. c:

I didn't use the pen tool for this.

I use the pen tool all the time in Illustrator though.

I think it looks great. It reminds me of a paper cotton candy cone.
