Been wndering for a while now. I still have my old Game Cube with Pokemon Colluseum, and I want those specific ones tha I trained, with the trainer name and ID to wind up being traded into ORAS. Is it possible without a GBA, 4TH gen cartride, and the Game cube to GBA link cable?

I'm really sorry to say, but that is the only way. You also need that gamecube adapter that allows the GBA to connect to it. It's incredibly stupid... hopefully you already have an old model of the DS since they dropped GBA support for pretty much no reason midway through its life-cycle.

unfortunately, no I don't. And I don't know where to find a place that sells them, offline.

Step 1: You need to connect a gameboy version of Ruby/Sapphire to Coliseum and transfer your 'mon to there

Step 2: You need to have your Ruby/Sapphire cartridge in the same DS as Diamond/Pearl, and transfer them over using Pal Park

Then you need to trade them from D/P to Black/White to X/Y and finally, to ORAS. I don't think you can go straight from D/P to ORAS, because the game wont recognize it.

It's a massive hassle. At least we have the Pokemon Bank to prevent this kind of thing in the future.

ok, I found my old copy of Ruby, luckily enough And a really beat up old GBA. But I have a DSi, which doesn't have a GBA slot. What console would I need in order to do the Pal Park thing with Ruby and eventually, hopefully, a Diamond/ Pearl Game I can find?

Ok if you want your pokemon from pokemon colosseum transferred to X/Y/ORAS, here's what you need to do

You need to have:

1. Gameboy Advance System. Original or SP model OK

2. GBA > GCN cable link adapter

3. Must Have Pokemon R/S/E/FR/LG. Yes, pokemon colosseum accepts FR/LG

4. Must Have Original DS or DS Lite models. 2 if needed to transfer.

5. Must Have Pokemon D/P/Pl/HG/SS. HG/SS is recommended if you don't want any time limit on migrating pokemon. This would include time traveling and Daylight Savings time.

6. Must Have Black/White 1/2.

and 7. Must have 3DS of any model with poke transporter and pokemon bank downloaded

What you need to do.

1. You have to be at post-game in colosseum in order to transfer

2. Be sure to save at the pokemon center in R/S/E/FR/LG

3. Once you saved at the pokemon center in R/S/E/FR/LG, reset the game (A+B+Start+Select) and the trade process will start.

4. Transfer all of your useless and junk pokemon to your pokemon colosseum

5. After the transfer, Insert R/S/E/FR/LG game cartridge to your original DS or DS Lite models.

6. If you're at post-game in D/P/Pl/HG/SS, go to pal park which is located in Route 221 in D/P/Pl and Fuchsia City in HG/SS after you selected 6 of your pokemon that you want to migrate

7. Put in the D/P/Pl/HG/SS into another DS and B/W 1/2 into your DS system

8. If you're at post-game in B/W 1/2, head to route 15 and you'll see the building that lets you transfer the pokemon.

9. Once the transfer starts, start the DS with D/P/Pl/HG/SS and go to download play > Original DS (3DS only) or Download Title (DS only). When the DS detects B/W 1/2 transfer, select that.

10. Select 6 pokemon as usual and you want to catch the pokemon you have selected to migrate within the time limit

11. After you transfererd all of your pokemon that you want to migrate to your B/W 1/2, put them all in the 1st box which is Box 1

12. Put the B/W 1/2 to your 3DS model, go to the poke transporter, and then the migrate the pokemon to the pokemon bank

13. after you transferred the pokemon to the pokemon bank, go to your pokemon bank app and then you'll see the transported pokemon in the transported box on your top screen

and 14. Once you have transferred the transported pokemon to the pokemon bank, you can get'em all on your ORAS

So Yeah. A lot of step process, but For transferring pokemon to D/P/Pl/HG/SS > B/W 1/2, when using the transfer machine in B/W 1/2, there's a step process there so be sure to read that.

also note side: you can't transfer pokemon that has HM moves so you're gonna have to go to the move deleter and remove those HM moves.
