"Let's just say that my actions yesterday were completely out of line. I said a few things I realize that I should not have and I regret what I did. I'm sorry for offending you yesterday. I just hope that we can put that behind us. Forgive and forget as the saying goes." He held out his hoof for a hoof shake. "Do you accept my apology?"

"I do not accept yer apology. I do not understand yer behavior from last night. I gave two warnings and you continued to poke at me. Maybe yer the kind pony who likes that sorta thing... I don't know but I'm starting to think you had other reasons for your actions yesterday. You obviously know more about then I know about meself. So I'm starting to think that you wanted to make me angry intentionally to awake a reaction you hopped for but did not get. Either way, I am happy to show what would have happened if I stayed in that room a bit longer... Because that's the reason you really came to see me, isn't it?"

Wade put his hoof down. Disappointed this was not as smooth as he had hoped it would be. "I don't know what you're getting at. If have no motivations beyond what I have told you. If I was trying for a specific response, I would have gotten what I was after, and if I meant harm to you, I could have done that and worse several times over. My intention in coming to talk to you right now was pure. I meant to apologise for what I said. If you want to twist it into something else and live with a false impression of me, by all means go right ahead. You'll only make enemies by thinking that way. I tried and failed to apologise, nothing I can do about that. And if you want to make me your enemy, go ahead. But I made an agreement with you that night in Canterlot, and I intend to stay by it. I don't stab people in the back. Unless they deserve it that is. *chuckle*" Wade stood and went to leave the room. "If you ever do require my skills, I have a room near the storage area. Just so you know where to find me. Ciao." Wade left the kitchen and headed back down towards his room.

After having looked around a bit, Rave finally saw someone by the wheel. It was Scarlett. Rave did not know much about her, since they never talked to each other. He sat down besides her. He didn't say anything, after all, he did not really have anything to say. He just sat there quietly and was thinking. 

 

She was still working with her tools as Rave came and sat down next to her silently. After a few moments she said "So, how are you?"

Caramel was a little stunned by Wade's reaction. She had expected there was something more to his behavior. Still, she appreciated his ability to keep calm like that. She certainly wouldn't have.She took the last sip of her drink and headed back above deck. "Hiya!" She greeted Scarlett and Rave. "Goodmorning Rave! Did ye sleep?" Caramel said cheery.

 

A very happy Caramel pony appeared nearby. "Hi Cap" she said before going back to work on what she was making. She knew it would help later.

As he asked the question, Caramel came into view and spoke to him and Scarlett.

Tyra, finding herself alone on deck all of a sudden, wandered around to find something to do. She could have gone back to the helm and steered some more, but she did not want to take the ship off course and get somepony mad. Nothing seemed needed to be done, either.

 

So, she wandered downstairs, completely oblivious to the talk between Wade and Caramel.

Finding nopony downstairs, she grabbed a mug of rum and exited to the deck again, seeing Caramel, Scarlett and Rave at the helm. How did she manage to miss them coming up?

Shrugging, she walked up to them, beaming. "Greetings, friends!"

"Nah, that's alright. Actually it still pretty early in the morning. I'm just an early bird I guess." Caramel said with a smile. She gave Rave a small kiss on his cheek and then leaned against his shoulder while she looked at Scarlett doing whatever it was she was doing.

Scarlett smiled and looked up to Caramel "Well, I'm assuming that Atlantis is located underwater. And if it is located underwater like I think it is we are going to need a way down. Unicorns like me and Rave can easily cast a spell over ourselves go get down one way or another. So, I'm making these and infusing them with an air bubble spell so you and the rest of the crew can get down. It's the least magic intensive spell I have for this kind of thing so these should contain about 10 hours without recharging. When they're done they'll have a clip to attach to saddlebags or clothes, but I can add a hoof strap if need be. Thoughts?"

Scarlett nodded before a few magical sparks came out of the thing she was making, making her recoil. She puts it down before levitating the metal to her eyes, looking at it carefully. She sighed and put it down and said "I actually think we're going to have to go with your idea. I think the store gave me the wrong type of metal, I can find a work around but that'll take more time than we probably have."

I am unaware of what defences Atlantis might have so I'm making these from completely isolated magic. Once they're done the only magic that will work on them is a spell to activate them."

I am practically useless in a battle against a magic user, such as yourself." She admitted, with some shame in her voice.

Aqua was pondering while leaning over one end of the ship. "Atlantis... We are going there.." She still couldn't bring herself to believe that she was going there. She held back a few tears as it reminded her of her parents.

 

Even though she had never really met them, she knew that they would have been very proud of her for doing this. She definitely knew that as a fact for quite the reasons...

 

Aqua had thought about going to Atlantis on her own but she didn't feel as if she were ready before. But now she knew was, even though it would be a bit different since she was going with land-dwellers.

 

She was soon yanked out of her current of thoughts as she could've sworn that she heard Caramel call out her name. "That's unusual, I am not usually needed for things...

 

"Huh?" Aqua whirled her head around.

''Aqua? Are ye there?" Caramel trotted through the hallway below deck in search of Aqua. She walked around the corner and finally found her. 'There ye are! I've been looking all over for you." She said with a small smile. ''I need ye help with something, yer adivce maybe. Could I speak with ye in me quarters?"

"Oh, of course I know nopony here would try to hurt me on purpose," Tyra confirmed, grinning her usual grin up at Scarlett, then glanced away with a frown, "But, magic is a strange thing. Sometimes, nopony knows what will happen when it is involved."

 

She returned her gaze to the unicorn, beaming again. "But, if you are indeed Caramel's family, then I have no reason not to trust you, yes?"

"I'd have thought that you'd trust me because you know me, but all right." Scarlett said before getting up. She added "I'm going to go and sit on the mast head and sleep a bit more, as you may know me having my magic tends to mean I need more sleep."

 

Scarlett used a gravity spell to walk up the mast and ten lay down in the crow's nest.
