Ask a ... cat(?): Melke

Well, I thought this would be a good way to get to know more OCs. I answer via script format for my OC.

One day, you paid a visit to Zecora and after you finished your business, you saw a strange cat sitting at side of her hut.

 

It was a strange looking cat. A ragdoll breed with coffee color on top of cream fur. It seems to be wearing some sort of mask and holding a crudely made doll. You can see golden cuffs on its paws and tail. It is about the height of an average dog.

 

It noticed you and looked up and stared into your eyes.

Melke: *Stares at the cookie then back at you, then back to the cookie. Slowly, it reached out to take the cookie with both paws but then just sat there, blankly staring at the cookie*

Slowly look to the side, focusing my view into some irrelevant spot in the walls or floor (still keeping my attention on the "cat" with the peripherical vision of one of my eyes).

I strech my legs, one by one to relax myself; as I know feline creatures do not like tense strangers looking them directly to the eyes (like a deadly stare contest, the one who blinks first gets biten).

 

I wonder if I should pretend to walk in zig zag trough the room, getting closer and farther to it in each "step", showing that I am not particulary perturbed by its presence (hence, that I consider it not a threat to myself); in the hopes that some empathy will be shown, before we start a more formal "presentation".

Melke: *ears perked up* Oh, you mean Vero! *holds him up to you like a little kid* He is my friend! I made himself, isn't he cute?   I made him back home and I love him a lot <3
