I don't want it and I can tell you why, live action Equestria Girls already exists it's just called High School Musical  it's just going to be the same amount of cringe with teenagers singing.

I don't think MLP in live-action would work at all. FIM or G5 with real horses would most likely be even worse (though it's such a ridiculous idea it could work as a parody), but I can't imagine enjoying live-action EqG.

If by "live action" you mean actors with a voice dub from the original movie then, yes I would like to see that.
