Shadow float down and, just realizing Feeder was still there, looked at him. Feeder sat there frozen, either in excitement or fear, Shadow didn't know. He looked back at Marion and said, as he picked up the sphere, 

"Wow, didn't think it would short circuit. I guess it couldn't keep up with the input, but luckily it transferred some of your power to a container." 

He reached into a portal and pulled out what looked like an unlabeled can
